Amazing coffee and experience for coffee lovers. They offer a variety of specialty coffee from around the world. The barista are extremely friendly and introduced the different coffee beans to us. The taste of the coffee was delicious. Also the interior is extremely aesthetically pleasant - simple and minimalist. The atmosphere overall is amazing. It’s a perfect experience in Saigon to explore their coffee culture. I highly recommend visiting their cafe to enjoy the coffee and calm down from the busy streets in Saigon.

If you're a coffee lover, you'll enjoy this place. It does have good quality coffee. It tastes really good. And the staff are friendly and happy to explain the details of the beans. But it's a bit tricky to find the place as it's all dark outside and doesn't have a sign with the name. You can easily pass by unless you take a caution. One downside is the price. I paid for over 340k dong for handgrip coffee. I lived in Australia over 12y and it has really good quality coffee, but they were not as expensive as this one. So I'm taking out one star.

A true coffee enthusiast place! From start to finish, we were served by Bow who we must say is EXCELLENT! Good product knowledge is top notch. Skill and expertise is commendable. Tho I would recommend you come off hours as that's when you really get to talk to the team and that's when their passion will really shine!

Read this before visiting. I felt compelled to write this review after seeing an English gentlemen berate the staff about the coffee being too light, and not strong. - While I would highly recommend this specialty coffee cafe to anyone looking for an exceptional cup of coffee, it's worth noting that it might not be the best fit for those who are more accustomed to regular coffee. The cafe specialises in specialty coffee, which often requires a more refined palate and an appreciation for the nuances of different beans and brewing methods. That being said, if you're a fan of filter coffee, you'll definitely want to give this cafe a try. Filter coffee is brewed using a method that involves passing hot water through a bed of ground coffee, resulting in a cup that is typically smoother and more balanced than espresso. The flavors of the coffee are also more pronounced, as the slower brewing process allows for more extraction of the coffee's natural oils and flavors. In comparison, espresso is made by forcing hot water through finely ground coffee at high pressure, resulting in a strong and concentrated shot of coffee. Espresso is often used as the base for other coffee drinks, such as cappuccinos and lattes, and has a bolder, more intense flavor than filter coffee. Overall, if you're a fan of specialty coffee and appreciate the subtler flavors and aromas of filter coffee, this cafe is definitely worth a visit. Just be prepared for a different experience than you might be used to with regular coffee.

Very knowledgeable staff and amazing light roast coffee. They offer various specialty coffee beans and, provide lots of information about the sourcing of the beans all the way to extracting the grounds before serving. The roasts they offer are extremely light to highlight the flavor of the coffee beans. It was a good experience overall!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this delightful coffee shop and I must say. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the specialty coffee they served. With a wide range of coffee varieties sourced from farms around the world, there was something to please every coffee lover's palate. But it didn't stop there - the pastries they offered were equally impressive. Overall, this coffee shop exceeded my expectations. Not only did they provide an exceptional coffee experience, but they also created a cozy and inviting space to sit back, relax, and enjoy the moment. I highly recommend stopping by for a cup of their specialty coffee and indulging in their mouthwatering pastries. You won't be disappointed!

Stumbled upon this unassuming gallery-like coffee specialty shop. It was an unexpected experience, very educational and every detail was taken care of for the best experience of tasting the best coffee beans. Pastries were a bonus! The staff here has put in a lot of effort to ensure coffee lovers will have the best time — truly a break from the bustling city.

Speciality coffee for your special day. ☕️ The service is beyond my expectation . The staff really put a lot of effort to their service and their coffee. They will make sure that your coffee experience here it will worth for what you paid for. Also, coffee that sells here is good for environment and coffee farmer. The building has many floor and each floor has different decoration. I love their Monstera ☘️ but that floor quite hot though.

The best place in town (or the whole Vietnam) for coffee lovers/mads. Come to simply enjoying their specialty coffee, ended up listening to all the weirdest stories about coffee and tasting their signature “shot”, which they’re deadly serious about not calling it an espresso. It’s like having a fine dining experience but with only coffee and great conversation. Oh and a bonus, their pastries are great also, very fitting with their drinks.

Just to note that this is a specialty coffee place and not your typical normal everyday coffee. The place can be a bit intimidating since it seems so clean and pristine - and goes with a minimalist look. However once you enter and get to know the coffee selections and the staff, you will be amazed at how well they know and introduce the coffee. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended to specialty coffee lovers or anyone that wants to try a different coffee experience.

It is not only about coffee, but experience as well. Probably the most expensive pour-over coffee I have paid so far, but also the best I had by far. Staff took time to explain the different varieties and recommended me one based on my preferences (acidity). And it was delightful. Decoration is minimalist which contrast with the busy Pasteur street. Will definitely return here to try out other varieties.

We had a fantastic time learning and sampling different coffees. Very upscale. Will, our barista, was incredibly knowledgeable about coffee in general and each batch specifically. They have cards for each batch that describe everything from the origin, the price they pay the farmer, and the flavor notes at each temperature. The sourdough brownie and sourdough cardamom were great pairings. Highly recommend!

Delicious coffee with an in-depth explanation of origins, flavors, and any other information you could want or need. Bao was extremely knowledgeable and explained every step as he made the coffee, and very nice to talk to in general. Highly recommend for anyone interested in speciality coffee to visit here

Astonishing place to be. The personnel, the atmosphere, and most importantly the coffee itself. The way people here approach to serving is incredible, the attention they pay to the farms and your experience is absolute wonder. 100% recommended to visit if you really value great coffee.

Awesome coffee shop in Saigon, really happy to find this place. Tandoji is very professional and knowledgeable about his coffees. We had a good chat about the coffee. Will definitely go back again soon before we head back to NZ.

My husband I discovered this specialty coffee via Google maps. You won’t even notice there was a coffee shop on that side of the street. The interior was very minimalist. The staff who assisted us was very knowledgeable in the coffee. It was bit pricey, but the story behind the coffee was amazing to hear and learn. Overall it was a great experience being able to taste coffee from another country source, not typical but extraordinary. They will show you the process of extracting a cup. Best for coffee enthusiasts!

Great coffee experience. The baristas are very knowledgable about the coffee and help you to choose the best bean. We had 6 to choose from and could either be espresso, V60 or milk based. Both coffees we tried were immaculate. Would definitely recommend!

Not your typical coffee place, with prices ranging up to 500k VND per coffee (Cerro Azul #0350). The taste is outstanding and very different from typical coffee. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are happy to explain their coffee and process in great detail for those that are keen. The flavor profile changes as the hot coffee turns warm and then to cold (after the addition of ice at the end). So take your time, savor it, and leave some at the end to add some ice to see the difference. Most coffees are not available with milk, but they gave us 2 choices with milk options. No coffee can have any sugar added to it, so I would say this is for people that enjoy the taste of coffee, although the taste is unique and not bitter on its own here.

A very interesting specialty coffee place. The staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable about coffee. They seem to enjoy chatting to the customers about coffee. I like that they are very passionate about coffee and provide lots of info. I personally don't drink much coffee so I tried the decaf iced coffee which was very nice. The barista let me try some cascara tea which to me was really awesome. I really enjoyed the coffee gelato as well. The shop also has a very unique sci-fi/modern design. Worth a visit since it was one of the more interesting coffee experiences for me in Saigon.

This team has curated a wonderful and adventurous coffee experience like nowhere else. They take immaculate care of their process, environment, and the coffee the serve. The team was highly educated and thoughtful in their presentation of one of the most unique and high-end coffee experiences I’ve ever had. From bottom to top, this is a venue, team and cup of coffee I’d recommend seeking out.

Completely unique and incredible experience for anyone remotely interested in coffee. We were walked through a variety of different beans, with the opportunity to smell each one and talked through the tasting profile of each. I was not expecting this attention to detail when looking for my morning latte. Pastries were also incredible! Had to order more because they were so good! Will delivered amazing service and was so knowledgeable about the coffee and the process.

A beautiful cafe that has ample working space. The cafe is easy to find from the street level - it has a black facade and a 'ticket booth' looking glass pane, where you have to place your order and pay before being showed in. There are nice little touches such as staff being dressed in factory-style overalls and caps. Service was good, staff were friendly. I only tried the 'milked-based' coffee there, which I understood should mean something like a Flat White, and herein is my only complaint about the place. The coffee I was served looks and tastes like it could have come from an all-in-one coffee machine (such as Jura) that you would find in an office. The milk was not silky, the foam was separated from the milk, and the taste of the beans did not come through. I haven't tried the other coffees or beans, but looking at the reviews it seems like they execute those well. As is the case here, the 'milk-based coffee' seems to be a recurring issue among reviewers. It need not be one - the cafe is more than well equipped to make an excellent brew. Happy to return to give this place another try.

Spectacular coffee and impeccable service. I love that this coffee shop is bringing such a great concept to Saigon, working with local small farmers around the best coffee regions in the world. You can taste the quality in the drinks (I got a filter coffee) and the whole experience is like a ritual in such an aesthetic space.

The best coffee in town!! Good quality coffee! Here is a beautiful and minimalist space, I love it!. The staff is very friendly and funny. They helped me understand the specialty coffee I drank. So I ordered Panama Geisha filtered coffee. This coffee is high authenticity and purity.

Probably the best specialty coffee in Vietnam, definitely worth a visit. They source only the best beans from around the world with score of 85+/100 and roast them lightly in order to keep the original flavors. It’s a unique coffee experience that you won’t find anywhere else in Vietnam. For the best tasting experience I recommend the hot filter coffee with no milk. Staff are friendly, although the ordering experience could be better. Prices are in the upper end but it’s worth it.

A Really unique cafe…you start by ordering your coffee and beans at a “ticket box” by the entrance. If you ask for recommendations, the staff is more than willing to help. Then you enter and you can choose a seat anywhere you want across two floors. The cafe has a really minimalistic black and white design with with sparks of green plants. I loved the vibe, so calming and peaceful. There is no music playing, the sole focus is on coffee. I ordered filter coffee with surma #77 beans and the coffee was amazing! Very complex flavour and very well brewed! Definitely recommend to any coffee lover, but be aware that the prices are much higher than anywhere else in Vietnam.

Such a cute coffee shop! With a wonderful experience to match. They have rotating coffee beans from around the world and can make of them for you to sample using a very simple pour over or machine method. The staff is very knowledgeable. I suggest coming with a few people and sampling all 6 current flavors.
