We went for an annual checkup with my mom and received such nice and warm support from the team of NVT branch. Dr. Son carefully explained to us the details. The nurses who took my mom to do tests were kind and patient. Also, a shoutout to the front-line staffs, always smiled and checked in if we need water, milk, bread… during the wait, especially Ba Huy. This is not our first time here and definitely not our last.

Very poor quality. My son got dengue but doctor here and the blood test result just told me that it is just simple virus fever. Irresponsible and poor. I do not recommend anyone to come here.

Service is excellent. However, the doctor seemed inherently unmindful when giving advices and prescribing. I had coughing for 1 week and already took medicines for 4 days. I went to this hospital to check it up again and doctor just gave me a 2 types of medicines, one is antibiotic. Typical formula that he will apply to everyone having the same sympton like me. I even showed him the prescription and he did replied me nothing about that. If he really cared, he would gave me different treatment, not the antibiotic as my throat was not so swollen and my situation was not that bad to consume this pill. The consequence was I got terribly allegic.

I asked document for sick leave to provide it to my company, since I couldn’t work because of strong fever. On Zalo they confirmed that they can give it to me, but after doctor visit they just gave prescription and not that form. Looks like receptionist didn’t even know what is this and tried to convince me to sign another form.. If you looks for “Giấy chứng nhận nghỉ hưởng BHXH” don’t go there. Not worth visiting and just waste of money/time

Good place. The staff are friendly, and it is quick to see a doctor. The doctor prescribed me more medicine than I believed was necessary and they wouldn’t return it for me but otherwise it was a pleasant experience.

Great clinic with nice service. Everyone speaks English and I was in and out within the hour. They provide good healthcare and doctors and nurses seem nice.
