Rushed in here on my way to an appointment that I arrived late to thanks to this place. Waited 10 min+ at the drive through which was empty - mic was left unattended and only after repeativly saying hello did i get an answer. Paying, the cashier mummbled, was rude and offered no greetings arriving or departing. We were asked to go to bay where we waited again for cold food. The food we received was half empty. Drink tasted like gas. Cheese was barely on the burger and the lettuce was scraps. Chips cold anf boarder line burnt. Meals were cold except for 1 that was hot which was obviously the one holding it all up. Frappe tasted like water milk and had the wrong drizzel. Overall very unhappy. The place is digusting, dated and the food is just as repulsive.

Ordered delivery twice now. First time half the order wasn’t delivered. Second time they delivered to the wrong house. And no apology. Never order mcdelivery! Edit: Tried this place again. Got a cheeseburger without the bun. What a terrible McDonald’s this is. It must not be managed well at all.

Worst McDonald’s experience of my life tonight. Ordered a cheeseburger happy meal as a double, and it came as a single and with BOTTOM Big Mac buns!!! No fries! Then when I tried to call, the phone rang out 4 times THEN they took it off the hook. McDonald’s moonah, tas. Send the regional manager there because it’s the worst McDonald’s in the state and has been for a long time! Negligent, careless staff

I ordered angus beef burger but no bun in a burger box. I called them to ask deliver it once more or refund but they just said it's not their fault. I never seen those Mcdonald service. So disgusting never visit here

Ask about an advertised meal deal, they did not know about it and the manager did not give a damn, said dunno . Found staff not very friendly ,it's like your are a nuisance to be asking for an order. You can stand their waiting to order and there would be 5 behind the counter and 1 customer. There attitude towards customers is ,(who cares) frustrating

Came in today to try the birthday iced latte and it was made very poorly, came in a small soda cup, the coffee was warm due to only having two ice cubes and the whipped cream was flat, coffee came 3/4 full

So mannerless night staff. We went yesterday night there and no one available to drive thru.we were waiting for long time period approx 30minutes. We honk also but ignore us. And we went to front gate.and continuously knocking door and made call 2-3 times they ignored and we were observing them from outside. And when we talk to manager… his way of talking is very rude towards us.His name is ABDULAH (manager) and again staff misbehave when we again went to drive thru for order and declined to give order by making excuse our machine is on cleaning mode…we can’t serve desert at night… But as per Mcdee rule.. they need to give our food 24*7. Very disappointed

The staff are left overwhelmed and seemingly untrained. Every time I've gone through here, I have problems with my food due to communication problems. Not to mention that the drive through is impossible to get through in a timely manner after 10pm
