Long time waiting for simple order

Nice location! Easy to go by car and have sufficient parking places. Great environment. There is bus stop nearby. So it should be easy to get here bu bus too.

What is there to say it food is always hot or freshly made

Very friendly manager and stuff ! We asked for a good deal and the female person on the cashier ( who was the manager) was very patient and explained us the deals. Although it’s a fast food restaurant she took her time. We were positively surprised !

I've ordered a stroopwafel cappuccino (I have showed him a picture with the text) and a big tasty and I got this. No appollogies, just refund! The cashier was totally blank! The lady next to me, got her order twice mistaken! This time, the cooker's foult! The manager should test the understanding capabilities and the responsability of employees before employ them!

Went in the late evening to get some food. Our order was 2 menu's with fries and a drink and 2 orders of chicken nuggets. What we got is 2 burgers and 2 drinks we were missing 2 orders of chicken nuggets, 4 sauces and 2 orders of fries. We went back they told us they were closed we payed 35 euros for the order and onlly got about 17 worth of food non of the staff could speak proper english, very disappointing, we did not get refunded either.

Food order came quick, everything tasted like it should. Fries were almost cold when i got them, but the burger was still hot so thats good. Medium price range..

Very high prices (about 20% higher than others on a similar location) Drive through is fine. Just don't go inside. Went in twice; both times close to 45 minutes for a drink and a kids meal (they forgot due to a busy drive-through)

Unfriendly customer service in mcdrive. Bad communication. Ordering pole seemed to not be working so we drove up to the window but they didn’t want to take our order so we had to drive around again and go inside. C'mon we love MC Donald's but this one is always making mistakes with our orders. I've stopped with the drive thru, but the problem is within the operation, I just left, my order was number 64 2 double big tasty with a withe sauce WRONG.... 1 Single Big Tasty...correct Our order disappeared from the panel e then after our argued They delivered the order and the ice cream almost like a juice.... It's really an acceptable situation.

My wife had apple tart,and Mcdonalds did not have plate for it.They gave her flattened hamber box.Disgusting disgraceful.

Didn’t hand us all the food that was ordered. When called they told us we could drive the 20 minutes back for it or leave our phone number and hear something (?) back in 14 (!) days

A Latte Macciato was missing and there are no towels in the bathroom.

Never been so badly treated. Blondie was very rude. After talking to her nicely, she wanted me to sit in the full sun. Hope that will never happen again and managment takes actions. Proper training but still no, needs to be fixed. Very nice location and always been treated correctly and friendly.
