We wanted to pick out wedding rings here. The first time we came they didn't have time. This while they were standing downstairs with 2 saleswomen. Anyway, an appointment made. We were able to go 2 weeks later. Upon entering, the same 2 saleswomen again. We were discussing among ourselves about who was going to help us. We were sent upstairs. Not a particularly attractive space. As well as the saleswoman who subsequently helped us. I was genuinely disappointed with the experience. Not at all personal and special. Nothing was asked, but a bin was placed in front of us for each collection and nothing else was asked. Still found something. We wanted silver because it suited us more and was within our budget. The saleswoman has stated several times that the 2nd ring is free. A few days later we received the quote by email. It turns out: if you go for silver, the 2nd ring is not free. My partner emailed back with the comment that the saleswoman had mentioned this several times. We received an email back saying: the saleswoman must not have been properly informed. Is this our problem? Are you looking for wedding rings? Go to a specialized jeweler. They will certainly give you that special experience. Siebel: You really ruined something that should have been fun and special.

I have few good words to say about Siebel's service in Breda. I ordered an engagement ring that I needed for the holidays. Finally selected a ring that still had to be custom made. This would be delivered a week later. Ultimately, this ring was 'delivered' a week later than agreed. Then I come to the store to pick up the ring and it turned out: the wrong ring was delivered. Quite annoying when I go on holiday a week later, I ended up going to another jeweler who had his affairs in order. They won't see me again.
