Very bad experience with this company, ordered a lounge set that would be delivered within a week, but after 3.5 weeks nothing was known about the delivery date. I kept getting the excuse that the supplier did not respond and there would be delivery problems. It was so bad that my phone was no longer answered, but when I called from another phone number, I was answered immediately. They were promised several times that they would call back, but that never happened. In the end the order was cancelled, where again the fault was said to be with the supplier, but calling back is really a small effort and that is certainly not the fault of the supplier! In response to this review, they indicated that the order subsequently turned out to be unavailable, which is a pity that we found out about this through this review. We were never told this before.

Horrible experience ! Buyers Beware!! I ordered for a lounge set in January and waited till February for the order to get delivered. Got nothing and when requested for an order delivery update, they say it’s out of stock. When requested for refund, they said it’s processed right away but I didn’t get any money back. When pushed for more updates on refund , they kept blaming on website issue . From the other reviews, I could see that other people were also struggling to get their money back. So I went to legal aid and finally got my money back in March. My advice is to stay away from this business!

Don't buy anything worthless company here!!! In May this year I ordered 6 white plastic portlights via the website. Payment via the website was not successful and after telephone contact the windows were sent to me. My boat was for maintenance and I had already dismantled my old portlights in anticipation of the new ones. After receipt, the windows turned out to be completely different, not plastic but aluminum. According to the advertisement, the windows were complete with all mounting materials, but these were missing. Repairs had also been carried out on the aluminum using filler. After telephone contact, I had to submit a warranty application by email, except a vaguely unclear picture from the internet, the so-called manual, no response received more than a month later. In a time crunch with the storage, I had to completely adjust the incomplete windows myself, drill holes in the frames and install the windows with more than 60 stainless steel bolts and nuts and rubbers worth managed to install €120 after several telephone conversations, I was offered a clumsy discount for the inconvenience, which I agreed to, but I had to pay for the windows first and only then did the reimbursement come afterwards. I have indicated several times that if they would give me the adjusted If I would send an invoice, I would pay it, but I never received it. Now a shady collection agency charging €130 extra for an incorrect invoice for a set of incomplete damaged boat windows…. Give it a nice twist. I ordered and paid for a Simrad AP25 console that was in stock in their store, 15 days later still not having received my order, I call their service that tells me no longer have AP25. They then assured me that they would look to find me another AP25 and since no answer.

Very poor warranty, if equipment breaks you are referred to the manufacturer. The manufacturer does nothing in this regard. Ordered a carburetor here. I was told in advance that the order was somewhat urgent, but I could not yet be told the exact delivery time. Ordered again and after calling 1 or 2 times, the delivery time was known 1 week after ordering, which would take 1 to 2 weeks from then on. I called once more for an update and a track and trace would be sent to me that same day, I did not receive it, I called the next day and was then told that due to a problem with the supplier, the carburetor could no longer be delivered at all. What great service these people provide! My old refrigerator was built into an impossible angle between the wall, heating and kitchen unit. Actually the heating had to be disconnected. 2 strong men managed to lift it out and install the new refrigerator in the same way. Peter and Jemy, you are heroes!!
