A BIG ENORMOUS absolute NO please don’t waste your money and precious time. The workers are extremely rude, unfriendly, uneducated and disrespectful like the girls working there should leave their nasty attitude at home, at this point how is their employee even keeping them employed??? The girl dropped the bread on the floor and picked it up and placed it back like it was nothing as if there is no bacteria and viruses going on around. Please save your time, money and health you have better choices at the mall.

Leidchendam Mall of the Netherlands : Zero stars if possible. Just bought 5 sandwiches: COLD and not properly baked bread! When I commented this politely and well meant to the staff (exact words: Excuse me miss, can I give you a tip for the future? The bread and filling is cold and the bread is not properly baked off maybe you could increase the heating time?) they brushed me off while store was not busy at all! Only another customer and me…so not worth my money and on a next visit to the mall not worth spending my money on bread I and my company ended up not finishing and throwing away.

Negative 5 stars. Terrible place!! I was standing in the line for 10 minutes and wanted something that was right next to the cash register. I was told that I had to order something first. So in other words you are being punished because they don't have a good system. I would have to leave the line and order and go back into the line for another 10 minute wait. They lost €6 from my incredibly simple order that day because of their simple mindedness and their stupidity to not have a good system. I'll never get something here again. Incredible rude staff and reading from other reviews I'm not the only one that thinks this.

We wanted to buy some borek but the environment is not appetizing at all. So we gave up. We just got a bagel sandwich. They asked if we wanted it hot. They reheated the sandwich and all the cheddar had spilled into the package. We never understood why they served it so hot. The employees are pretty rude. I don't think it's clean either. I do not recommend!

AVOID! When I asked nicely and pointed at a poster of their sandwich, the response was "No!" With a swift 180° turn. :D ain't gonna waste more time writing about the rest of my experience. Joke, not a company.

Don't waste ur money. Prices were insane. They literally heated it with oven. The food was so disgusting me and my friend were physically ill. Also the cheese smelled horrible. WORST EXPERIENCE. Wasted good money. don't go here

Employees are rude and doesn't want to help customers with their menu. They even can't explain what's in their menu. Food is very normal.They reheat whatever we order and serve. Strange is that they didn't share the invoice and when I asked for invoice they said that they don't give the invoice.

Tastes raw. And its cold Dont waste your money
