Amazing service and such a gem. Their schiacciata bread is one of the best focaccias I've ever tried, perfectly fermented and baked, it's super crunchy. You can see the chefs making them as you're eating. The ingredients are of great quality, as you can taste with the tasty veggies that are in the focaccias. Their mint tea is very refreshing and they serve drinks with a traditional Italian sweet. I cannot personally choose one focaccia, all the ones I've tried are delicious. I highly recommend cannoli siciliano as dessert, the ricotta pistachio filling is amazing and the pastry is very crunchy. The personnel are very accommodating and are always willing to explain the menu if needed. They have a schiacciata of the day. I suggest you ask them to introduce it! We went for a first visit and we couldn't resist to bring family who was visiting Breda. They had an amazing experience. We'll definitely be back again! A suggestion for the future would be to offer vegetable milk in their coffees!

Insanely tasty sandwiches! 4.8 out of 5 ⭐️ Caprese with prosciutto is really delicious, nice fresh bread from the oven with fresh products. Reminds me of ZeroZero in Amsterdam. But then a bit tastier! The Schiacciata (flattened bread) is large and has a good bite. Combined with beautiful fresh products makes this a delight to eat. Bonus: they are even a few euros cheaper than ZeroZero in Amsterdam. The outside of the bread could have been a tiny bit crunchier. Nothing big but just a personal preference.

Picking up at Locale Breda is also highly recommended. Lunch during the study day became the highlight of the day thanks to their delicious food. The sandwich (schiacciata) caesar was delicious; fresh and richly invested. I almost ate my fingers with the torta della nonna, it was so delicious! Until next time, because there will definitely be one.

What a delicious bread! Not an extensive menu, but everything is super fresh and made with care and taste. The bresaola is my favorite so far 🤤 but I will be back soon to try the rest of the menu. Lovely informal atmosphere and super friendly. Asset for Breda.

This case deserves a review. We ate super tasty sandwiches and the staff clearly enjoyed their work. Don't go there en masse because I often want to eat a sandwich there myself.
