    Tessa from Make It Fit has been training our back training group as an instructor for some time. The training is very varied and sportingly challenging. Every week she manages to motivate us and with a dose of humor and fun we enjoy exercising. Keep it up.

    I took the starter package from Thessa, where you start with personal training twice a week and gradually reduce it until you can train independently. I really liked this! Especially the fact that the training sessions are at home was a solution for me with 2 small children. Thessa is professional, thinks along with you and brings a lot of energy and fun, which makes the training sessions over in no time. An app is also used that contains your own workouts, where the exercises are well explained. Highly recommended if you don't know where to start in the gym or if you need a kick in the ass to just keep going!

    Thessa from Make It Fit personal training has been our instructor for the group lessons for some time now. It's great every week and we do something different every time. Go to class with great pleasure and return to class with a satisfied feeling. A real winner.

    Thessa is a versatile, skilled trainer who can maintain focus! We really enjoyed training with her. Always flexible and tailor-made training. Take a good inventory in advance of what we wanted/could do and what the goal was. Recommended!

    Great to train with personal trainer Thessa. Moving was not without pain and I sat down. Received more and more complaints. I really need that personal attention and the big stick behind the door. By training twice a week for more than six months now, I can now run up the stairs again and get up super easily. No more back pain. I feel fit again and I miss it when we don't train. Can recommend it to everyone.

    Thessa is a great trainer. She offers tailor-made training and keeps a close eye on your personal objectives and certainly tries to challenge you. In addition, she is a nice person and brings the necessary sense of humor. Really someone for whom you want to make an effort.

    Hi Thessa, You requested a review. I met you through a personal training agency. I had been working with another personal trainer for a while. But the personal trainer stopped. I have always experienced the training as valuable. I got stronger muscles and better endurance. That is still the case today. Every training is an improvement for myself and variation remains! You regularly ask if the training sessions are still fun! Keep it up!

    Thessa is a top trainer with a lot of knowledge. Even if your body has defects in some places. She adjusts where necessary so that training is possible for everyone. I have really become stronger and fitter even though I thought I wouldn't be able to exercise because of back and knee problems

    In one word great! Not only is Thessa super involved, she also thinks along with you if things go wrong. Thanks to her efforts and solution-oriented attitude, I have completely regained my pleasure and motivation in sports. Highly recommended if you could use that little bit of support! 💪🏻

    I would definitely recommend Thessa as a personal trainer! She is a really sweet, patient and professional trainer. I initially found it very difficult to work on myself, but even when we met it felt so confidential and warm that I could share this with Thessa. She was very understanding and I immediately felt at ease. What I also experienced during our lessons is that Thessa really takes the time for you and continues to motivate you. She explains well what needs to be done and works with you to achieve your own goals. She makes the lessons genuinely fun and enjoyable, making the time fly by. This way you had a fun lesson and you were able to do your exercises with fun and laughter! She is involved, so you really build a different kind of bond with each other than just being a 'customer'. Thessa also specializes in training during and after pregnancy! In short, Thessa will ensure that you achieve your goal!💪🏽
