usually there is a guy here who knows what he does: now three girls who have no idea what they are doing. I mean you cant just pour coffee in a glass of hot milk and call it latte… well at most basic fast chain stores yes but not at a specialty coffee store. Not a specialty store anymore. Sad, it was one of the few.

Coffee and decor nice but not very welcoming. Not allowed to stay more than 30 minutes without €7.50/hour charge which we weren't told about until after ordering.

Specialty coffee beans, coffee drinks (try the flat white with Sehe Ntamba beans from Burundi), teas, smoothies (including açaí!) and creative food options (I had the baked eggs for breakfast). The friendly barista knows his coffee very well. Your much above average hipster café!

Very unfriendly staff and rude manager, and poor customer service. I do not recommend coming here. You will waste your time and money on experience such as: - pay per hour if you open laptop, - leave if you want to eat a snack from your pocket, and - manager telling you that you are not welcome back if you decide to eat your snack outside. Completely cringe experience. You’d be better off going to CoffeeCompany for a friendly service and no aweful “pay per hour” laptop policies.

Very hip atmosphere and the specialty coffee was good if you enjoy fruity acidic coffee.

Not a place where you can sit and relax while getting work done. They charge 7.50/hr to use your laptop in the space. This comes with 2 drinks, but it's still an appalling amount of money.

Very friendly staff who know their coffee! Delicious seasonal coffee, great ambiance and atmosphere, the space is a bit small, perfect for a solo date and makes a great study spot.

Cute spot for a coffee, but incredibly sad Lemon poppy seed cake. It was dry and crumbly as it was baked days before.

Loved their speciality coffee. One of the best I tried in the Netherlands. Thanks to the Barista for taking care in preparing such a great tasting coffee and the precise caffeine extraction out of every coffee bean.

I liked Cupp. The coffee was good and the Iced tea could have been amazing, but it needed more ice as it was a bit warm. Super friendly service and a nice interior.

Great coffee. Relaxed atmosphere that invites you to seat and just relax. The waitresses are very welcoming and nice :)

Lovely little spot. We had coffee here twice, very nice coffee. It does take a long time to be served, both times. Second time we visited we had something to eat, it took so long to order and then get our food. And the food we got was not great, we had a pouched egg and avocado croissant, they had run out of croissants so we had bread instead. The egg was just about cooked enough incredibly runny, very little avocado and we had ordered bacon to go with, we got too very tiny slices of bacon, for this reason I would not come for food again as it just wasn’t great. I’m sure they do normally serve nice food, I just think not having enough staff let them down. Otherwise it is a lovely little place to sit with a really nice atmosphere

I have enjoyed a lot Cupp coffee, but ever since this summer I noticed the hygiene and the atmosphere have been coming down. There was luckily just one time a cup that has coffee in was not clean, the area is not clean, I can’t remember the last time I came in that the table was wiped, and the restroom is 😰. The waiting time is also long until someone notices me to take the order. I hope it can be fixed because they serve really good coffee here.

Really nice cafe in Utrecht - clean and a good place to sit for a coffee. They also have few vegan desserts which are pretty good.

Smoked salmon poké style Avacado, edamame beans, mango, tomatoes topped with sesame seeds and soy sauce… yumm.. poké in Dutch style 👌🏽 Also tried chai latte with an espresso shot.. not the best.. but they do have a quite a variety of colorful breakys.. ❤️ Place is quite small, make sure to make a reservation.. since we had a quite a number, dishes came slowly.. but tasted good 👍🏽

Please work on your chai latte! Nice service and food *looked* good, but chai was like warm water. No body, no flavor, €4 sadness.

Stuff is great but there was very heavy odd smell that came from the plates, my wife could not even finish the meal because of it. Dirty piece of rag must have been used for drying the plates. I let the stuff know about it. I hope they pay attention to those things.

Good coffee and cozy place. I thought it was a specialty coffee shop, but when I ordered a filter coffee, no one asked which coffee beans I would like, nor provide information about the coffee. The staff is polite, however the service is not excellent.

You can't study here without paying extra. It's 7.50 euros I believe to study for an hour. The good thing is this price includes two drinks. None the less, I don't see the reasoning behind it.

friendly staff, cosy small cafe. If you want to use their wifi they charge you two drinks per hour which I think is reasonable.

Very friendly staff and owner. They always do beautiful latte art and well thought out presentation of their food. They give you a stamp card and will give you a stamp for any food item as well as the drink which I find very generous.

Love this place! Plenty of good alternatives to coffee and they've always got plant-based milk available too :) There's a wide range of baked goods on offer and an extensive menu for bigger meals too. People are super friendly and the place looks and feels very cosy. I'm only hoping they'll give us bigger slices for the banana bread because it left me hungry for more!

Nice place, coffee is nice but the beans used have a bit too sour/fruity taste to them. I like mine more with a nutty/chocolate tone.

Nice space, friendly staff, good coffee. More of a spot for catching up rather than for working. As you got to pay per hour staying working there (~8€ per day, I believe); and sit only next to the windows, not by the other tables. Will be back for coffee that’s all.
