We organised our company event in this very beautiful event location. First of all our guests were impressed by the beautiful trees staying in the middle of the meeting room which gave the impression to be close to the nature. But it's not only an impression as the location is in the middle of a forest including an old military base which offer a lot of opportunities in teambuilding. We made a survival training really apreciated by out colleagues. I recommend the home made muffins, bitterballs and the delicious yogourt with red fruits. The team is really listenning to your needs and really flexible and proactive. And finally it was really a pleasure to work with them in a familial atmosphere. Your event is really depending on the location and of the organisation team and this event was perfect thanks to them! Thank you all!

The staff messed up a lovely day. After an amazing visit to the WWII museum I really enjoyed a dinner at this place. By the time that I paid, I gently asked if they could call a taxi for me to comeback to Eindhoven because my phone's battery was dead. I had to ask It again to a manager Who directly pass me the phone to call myself. After asking her if the taxi company recepcionist may understand english she just said maybe and quit. They even didn't helped me with the address. On top of that and after leaving the premises the manager came back to me requesting for the payment that I already did, with a 20% tip that I'm now regreting . I feel like foreign people were not welcome there. I should have took one of the WWII thanks from the museum and tear down all the place and the racists working there

Wonderful place. Cozy, good food. It does not get 5 stars because it is slightly too expensive!

Today we went for the first time. We waited more then 15min. to be asked what we will drink. After short time we ordered two soeps and two portion of french fries. Fries came cold , portion was small. Soeps came lukewarm, also very small portion for a price; you get maybe 200ml of watery soep with two small breads and some roomkaas for €6.50. Food is mediocre and service is bad in a meaning of long waiting times. Our kid played in speeltuin and that was the only good thing.

Sitting on a beautiful terrace in the sun in November. Ordering some wine and some food- Nacho’s and spareribs. The wine was not great, and the spareribs where a bit too greasy. But the nacho’s were, if you can even call them that, terrible. A weird creme on top, some mango chutney (???) and the guacamole was from a jar. Would still come back because the nicest place to sit and have something else than the things listed above.

Got ribs and wings... something about serving a wing with absolutely no sauce even on the side. Maybe its the American in me but food was average at best... No flavor.

Very nice and outdoorsie location. Kid and pet/dog friendly. Food was good. Service a bit slow.

Went here w/ my wife and kids. I had the sweet potato salad, which was a disaster. Half of the portion was raw lemongrass and aragula, rest of the portion was a combination of leathery vegan chicken, a sweet potato and an overload of ketjap manis. My wife had the cauliflower wrap, which was tasteless. My kids had pancakes, which is just 1 flat pancake per person. On the other hand, the place was packed and other folks seemed to enjoy it.

It was ok. Nothing really stood out and it was a bit blend not enough herbs / salt used for the fish and basically ended up with same tasting fish with a sauce. Friendly staff but was hard to communicate in English with them we were with a larger group so it's not handy to collect 12 people orders.

Good place for a relaxed lunch or dinner. Nice friendly staff and good delivery of food. Quite quick and not much waiting time. Kids menus available and a nice option for the entire family.

Tomato soup was the best! Food were fine .. staff were fast en accomodating. Unfortunately, flies's companion were unpleasant.

We sat out on the terrace, so cannot comment on interior of the restaurant. It took a while before we were seated, even though there were empty tables. Presumably they were understaffed. Once seated, we didn't get menus, we got those from tables around us. When s waitress finally came to see us, she was very nice and helpful. Food came fairly quickly and was good. The selection was great, with a good choice for all, including kids. It felt like there was not enough wait staff, as service was lacking. Dog friendly, water bowls provided too. Also, as it is in the middle of woods, you can go for a nice walk before or after you eat.

Nice restaurant with huge terrace and view on the equally big playground. Children's menu with 8 different options. The playground has many things to keep your kids amused, but not for very little children. Our youngest is almost four years old and could not go on everything without help. Friendly, helpfull staff and fair prices. Lots of interesting options for vegetarians and a few for vegans on the menu too.

Food are nice, surrounding is very green and quiet. Pets friendly. In the summer is most busy season there, you can hardly get a table in their terrace.

Really nice building in the middle of the woods, it's a perfect spot to stop by after a walk there or a visit at the military museum. It's very big, but still cosy, perfect for families. It was crowded and a bit noisy, but we could still enjoy our meal. The food is not cheap, but they serve really big portions and the quality is good! They also craft their own beer, not bad at all!

great place to spend a day with kids, plenty of activities for kids. walking in woods, play area, nature, biking paths. drinks and snacks to go with drinks were good too. tip： read the menu card, very rare to see a restaurant that has a vision gor drinking. good to see this.

It's a restaurant /cafe with a playground where you can meet with families with young kids. There are several vegan choices on the menu. The place is in a forest, some people were taking a break from hiking.

Great place to visit. It's in the middle of the woods with a lot of opportunities for walks. The large playground can keep the kids occupied for hours (big and small; we've been coming here since they were tiny and now they are almost teenagers). The food is good and fresh & helpful personnel most of the time. Great place to just sit on the terrace as well.

Such a great experience for a sunny summer day, sitting outside in the nature. Friendly staff and good food, lekker drinks.
