Another mistaken order in this kfc. Inexperienced service. I asked for what I ordered, proposing an additional payment, i was insulted by the service along with my girlfriend. I do not recommend

Staff are very unfriendly, and sometimes very rude, service is super slow, toilets are very unclean. Hire more staff, and give them enough salary, KFC is becoming the worst because of this. And when I order online from this restaurant, they always miss to send something!!

Today, I visited your establishment after a long time, and I must say that I was taken aback by its condition. The tables were littered with food remnants, and the restrooms have seen better days. It saddens me to see your establishment in such a neglected state because I believe you have much more potential. On a positive note, I would like to highlight that the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I would give a negative star review if I could. Horrible ’management’ and horrible service. I ordered 4 meals and sides with drinks through Uber eats and received only my drinks and one side. I called KFC and was told the manager is on holiday, the girl on the phone said she was in charge and will hang up on me because she doesn’t want to help. I was shocked and I find the service appalling. I will never order here again. So I spent 60 euros and I can’t get my food or a refund. I have literally just thrown money at kfc for nothing.

Worthless service. Had to wait over an hour to get my order because the personnel is unorganized. Do you think an apology was issued? No. The person behind the counter just pressed my order away (when it was far from ready) and then acted like nothing happened. Waste of your time to attempt a take away order here. NEVER AGAIN. At least at the McDonalds there are managers who have manners.

Ordered a double shared box (12 wings, 8 tenders, 4 originals), got only half of everything. Usually do not give bad reviews but after so many bad experiences there, I decided to leave my remark here to remind myself never, ever go there again!

Missing items in order. The entire box of chicken wings is missing in delivery. And the other box had less than wings stated in the menu. Phone numbers don't work and cannot cantact.

Just out of there. Worst kfc experience in my entire life. Hairy chicken. Worst personel. No caps dor the drink cups. Restaurant was extremely hot.

Terrible service. I received drinks and a coleslaw instead of a 4 person meal. I was rejected any refund and told to walk 30 minutes to the store to collect a new order. The person on the phone would not provide me her name, or higher management to escalate my complaint. Totally unacceptable.

Hopeless! Waited 30 minutes for 2 capuccinos and a cup of hot water. No milk in the capuccinos Disinterested staff. Long, long waiting times.

Worst dine in experience. Ambiance was very bad. I guess they don’t have heater it was very cold inside. Food was also cold. Fries was old and cold. One another consumer complained about the issue and got refund. As usual burger was bad here. The wing’s was very very oily. Kindly avoid

The most rude service I have ever seen. They made many mistakes and did not take responsibility for them. The black fat lady was the most unpleasant, nasty and vulgar (!) I really don't want to go back there. Only because of workers, not because of food. Very very bad experience.

KFC quality chicken, which is quite good. However this KFC restaurant deserves only two stars because of the poor service. Communication of KFC personnel is bad, you can say even rude: Something went wrong with the order at the drive-in, and instead of just changing the order, the KFC worker forced me to go back to the beginning of the drive-in, to make me reorder again. You want chicken, go to KFC, but do not expect much of a service. Poor management leads to inadequate personnel training. If you just want to have fastfood, their neighbour McDonalds would be a better choice.

Worse experience ever never try it there. The boneless hot and spicy bucket is just uncooked dough and no chicken so oily and greesy and too salty. Not the first time bad boneless buckets but this was the worse ever. Not consistent out of 10 times you get one time reasonable food. We don't recommend it at all

We ordered a family bucket for four persons and drinks. The food was prepared fast. The vanilla milkshake was delicious, really recommend it. The bathrooms were dirty.

Fries were fresh, but extremely slow service (no idea how it can take so long to prepare burger, fries and a drink). Also, all but one orderig kiosks were broken.

Tried the plant based chicken burger and strips. It is not the same as the North American plant based chicken. I still liked it though. Good seasoning and texture. Also fries are shoe string McDonald's style.

People works so so hard . They also very nice. But why the boss don’t give them airco🥹🥹 too hot inside !! They need work so long time in a place don’t have good air and airco ….. I feel sorry and sad for them. Also myself . Waited one half hour for a chicken wings set…… too long time wait .

The problem is that you stay too much before receiving the order. This is because they don't have enough personneel. This is because wants to reduce the cost with the salaries. The other problem is that you can't use the toilet. Also outside is very dirty. This is because they don't have enough personneel because they want to reduce all the costs as much as possible. Another problem is that from today they introduced some papers to see how many people went to every location. And they come with those papers to the clients at the table outside disturbing you from eating. The good things is that they have better products than Mcdonald's.

Usual KFC. It wasn't busy. Toilets were as smelly as they could get.

Chaotisches Team ohne Struktur. Mehrere Teile der Bestellung fehlten, obwohl kein Stress und nur wenig zu tun. Der Müll lief über drinnen und draußen. Draußen an den Mülltonnen waren Ratten....
