    As a student from the UK i expected more. Travelled across the entire ocean to study on the radboudumc. Came there for an internship without any knowledge if i was getting paid or not. Its something they, the Health Academy, wanted to keep "private" or so. I can't afford paying bills without getting paid. Its completely nonsense and change should be made. Heard that this was ongoing for years and years. Radboud is unlike other medical schools, avaricious.

    Very good hospital, works together with Germany, helped not only my husband but also my neighbor. She was actually always skeptical, but after an accident she would be flown there by helicopter and would prefer not to go anywhere else. Radboud is so big, it's a city in itself. Doctors are super competent and always up to date

    I’m super satisfied with both RadboudUmc dentistry and dental surgery departments! Had my check up first and then they arranged another appointment for surgery accordingly. Everything was smooth and I’m overall satisfied with doctors, students, and all personnel. Thank you!

    For the gynaecology and delivery rooms. My most unhappy moment was dealt with outmost respect. The personnel was deeply caring with absolute focus on my health and wishes. I am going home healthy. Thank you is not enough.

    Good hospital, but the call reception staff does not take calls seriously. We called and told them that my brother needed an appointment as soon as possible because his epileptic seizures came back to him suddenly after the doctor in Radboud Hospital asked him to stop the medication, she told me she will ask the doctor and she will call me back at the same day, but nothing until now. Shall we wait for his epileptic seizure to return to him again or what? I hope that the staff will bear the burden and feel the concerns of the patients and their families.

Als ik geen andere gezien had dan had ik wel 4 sterren gedaan maar in vergelijking met ziekenhuizen in Groningen 2x, Emmen, Utrecht, Almelo die ik dan 4/5 zou geven, Maastricht, Leeuwarden en Hardenberg 3 blijft daaronder dus een 2 voorlopig de mogelijkheid.

Ik vroeg dus of ze de volgende dag kon komen. Kon niet want ze waren geen hotel. Als we gingen hoefden we niet terug te komen. Nou als het echt zo bedreigend was hadden ze ons nooit laten gaan.     It was the most horrible experience I had since I moved here for my studies. I had a real bad wound which infected and I started to get symptoms like fever headache and stuff and it was Sunday and I could not deal with the pain of the wound anymore so where else to go than to a emergency ambulance? The lady on the reception was not taking me serious and as I said I do not have a General Health care doctor here I only have my health insurance card from Germany she said yes than we can’t have you and sent me away. My friend got in there a second time to ask for any help for me and she was like yeah walk 30min to the emergency health care doctor. I can’t stand it how can a system be like that? A hospital is a place where everyone should be able to seek help.

    During our very stressful visit to the Netherlands where our daughter was critically ill in the CCU of your hospital we found so much kindness and care to both Lisa and our selves. The hotel staff were helpful and made booking and staying easier and took some of the worry away. We are back home now and would like to say thank you once again to everyone involve in Lisa's care and recovery and the kindness and help shown to both my husband and I. We will never forget our experience but everyone explain in English the treatment, illness and kept us up to date daily with all that was happening for that we are very grateful.

    Very bad orthopedic department! As a patient you get a different 'doctor' (trainee) every time. It's a gamble for the diagnosis, one person says this, another says that. Very poor communication and unclear to the patient prior to surgery. (having the operation canceled due to a lack of confidence in their ability) At least half an hour late for appointments. Then there is little time for you and you have to leave as quickly as possible. Don't go here for orthopedics! Then choose the ViaSana or the CWZ hospital.

    Admission today from half past three. Wasn't offered any food, had to ask for it twice while OK is planned for tomorrow. Portions extremely small. The parents who stayed overnight were told they could join us for dinner, but because we weren't there before 2 o'clock, nothing was possible! A few dried out sandwiches, or a choice of 2 dishes in the restaurant, both with fish, which one of us is allergic to. The care is top notch, but the food and the range of normal food you will not find here!
