Dirty kettles, tiny pillows, dirty floors. A moderate hotel but with a poor service. I asked for a towel and the reception ask me to go down and take myself. The only thing I would priase is probably restaurant. As for long stay, this place is not recommended. Your laundry is worst by returning the washed laundry with the cloths unfolded. Once they did not even wash my laundry. What's your hotel Standard of Procedure? That's it.

Their briefest is not great, the rooms are way to hot and there's only one plug in the entire room. You get what you pay for.

This proved to be a decent stopover en route to a job in Amsterdam. Breakfast was included and was okay - standard budget continental style

The only thing that I think they can improve is in terms of heating in the rooms. Because the room where I stayed was cold and when I tried to turn it on it was broken and old. But otherwise everything was great breakfast very varied and all was very clean

Rooms are small but comfortable, but the service is what deserves the 5 star, everyone working at the reception is very nice and helpful, the cleaning service workers are also nice, good experience overall.

Passable basic hotel. No frills, but the rooms were clean, the beds were comfy enough for me. Breakfast was your usual, bit lacking on the cooked stuff. Less than 10 mins from the station by car/taxi or about an hour if walking

I but outside the city centre but there are buses nearby that takes you right to the Central station. You can also walk in about an hour so it's but much of an issue.

I had a most excellent stay during the couple of weeks that I stayed in the hotel. A special shout out to Fransje who was a wonderful hostess. Without fail, she always had a happy and amiable approach to all customers, which, after a long day at work makes a difference at the end of the day.

Room: very clean and comfortable, plenty of towels and hot water. Staff: All staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem for them if you ask for assistance. Jessica was especially helpful in advising me on local information and makes a great cappuccino.

Service was very sub-par as I had no water to shower due to an il-informed maintenance issue that left me unable to attend my scheduled business meeting. More importantly the bed was riddled with bed-bugs leaving me with an ongoing problem to date with the hotel taking absolutely no accountability for my experience with their establishment. I definitely would not recommend staying there.
