As
for
experiences
goes,
let
me
start
with
the
positives
and
finish
with
the
negatives.
The
place
has
an
amazing
atmosphere,
cozy,
warm,
lots
of
greens(plants)
that’s
makes
want
to
stay
for
a
long
durable
conversation
with
friends
and
family
members.
I
would
even
recommend
just
passing
by
to
sit
for
a
drink,
as
it
is
really
a
captivating
ambience.
The
staff
is
friendly
and
attentive.
Now
the
negative.
I
have
never
been
more
insulted
in
my
life
as
Caribbean
man,
to
have
been
presented
such
abomination
titled
“Caribbean
Chicken”
from
this
establishment.
Not
only
that
I
have
never
seen
pineapple
used
as
a
Caribbean
savory
ingredient,
but
to
have
this
served
with
a
nice
cold
plate
of
salmonella
chicken
is
an
experience
I
won’t
forget.
[Quick
note:
Most
chicken
from
the
Caribbean
is
on
average
dry!!,
I
left
low
expectations
for
them
but
yet
I
was
still
stunned]
When
I
read
Caribbean
the
first
thought
is
peppers,
grilled,
spicy
but
to
be
hit
with
a
tropical
misinterpretation
of
the
Caribbean
is
very
flabbergasting.
I
would
recommend
to
either
change
the
name
to
Hawaiian
chicken
as
I’m
sur
pineapple
would
be
appreciated
under
this
context.
[They
also
make
that
the
chicken
is
not
pink,
btw]
Or
maybe
if
you’re
really
going
for
a
fruit
garnish
maybe
at
most
Mango
could
be
accepted
but
that’s
still
pushing
it.
Best
option
though,
would
be
to
completely
remove
this
idea
and
just
do
a
normal
godamn
chicken
that
is
white
through
and
through
as
medium
well
chicken
shouldn’t
make
it
way
out
a
bistro’s
kitchen.
with
that
I
wish
kind
regards,
nice
place
to
visit
and
AVOID
the
Caribbean
chicken.
