The restaurant is very dirty. Not a clean table in the hole place, soda machine is filthy coffee machine also. Half the staff dont speak Dutch or they speak kindergarten English. First time there. Also the last time. The one star is still to much. I wil contact the health departement. This place should be closed.

Came up to the machine to order, stayed there for 15 minutes no service. Then moved up to the window to order one of the employees saw us at the window then left. ( all this happened during open hours) so instead I drove around the corner to the Burger King were I met good service immediately

I usually eat Kfc when I go to Holland. Crunchy with hot spicy flavor i love it.

terrible service, if I could put -1, I waited a very long time, very dirty and returned 3 times so that they put everything on order, specially removed the signs so as not to wear orders, the worst service in my life!

Food took forever to make, and was of really disappointing quality. And a lot of black flies in the store. Terrible hygiene in the kitchen. Advertised table service but didn't have it, instead had a timid person behind the counter that could barely pronounce the number on my ticket properly, let alone say it with any volume at all. Had to wait for 40(!) minutes before my order was ready. Then proceeded to have tasteless drinks from the vending machine because they didn't replace the syrup in time. Terrible experience, cannot recommend to anyone.

Very slow service, staff don’t show interest in their service standard. Order took so long to put together that the fries were ice cold. Superior location but incredibly bad service. What a shame!

They don't have employees, the ground was dirty and no one cleaned it! The soft drink corner is Sticky and the hygiene level is very low!

I think nobody is working here in the most busy hours. Always 2 hours waiting for just two stupid sandwiches. And there everything is dirty and people are mad because they are working. A lot of mistakes, stinky toilets, dirty tables, floor is sticky. It’s the worst KFC. I never saw people like that, they should to change team or menager because there everybody doing what they want.

I live in beverwijk and i eat this kfc .This place is always dirty..I have never been in here for the 2 years i’ve lived here and found a clean table..on top of that in the summer there is never an ac so people sweat while in a long line..I know this review won’t change nothing but u guys really need to improve your cleanliness..

Always we have to wait long time. In KFC also even I ordered by Uber eats a few times I was waiting 1 hour and later they canceled my order.

Unfortunately, the food is of poor quality, the service is not very pleasant, but the worst thing is the dirt. everywhere is terribly dirty... the floor, tables, drinks machine

It was my first time in a KFC so I didn't know what to order. I got the daily deal 1+1 burger for 4.50 € and one menu (hamburger + drink + potatoes) for 4.75€. The prices were very good,the burgers and the potatoes are very tasty and big. So you can get really full for a good price. I didn't wait more than 5 minutes to get my order. After that I got two ice creams,I have to say they are much bigger than the ones of mcdonalds and burger king and they taste pretty nice to choco-brownies-hazelnut and not very sweet. Edit June 2022 I went again to the Kfc and was a disaster. The discount coupons were not working and one employee told me that I can't use coupons by their kfc,it didn't even help me to solve the problem. If it was worse I only ordered 2 milkshakes and I had to wait 40 minutes for it 😐 It's the first time that I need to wait almost an hour for 2 milkshakes in any store/restaurant or whatever.

I love the hotwings menu it is amazing. And I love crispy strips also I love Coleslaw 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼😍😍😍. Sooo delicious 😋. 😋😋😋😋

The experience today was not quite good. The food was cold. In addition to the chicken sandwich, it is not very small compared to other places very upset

Service is kind of slow, food is warmish but taste is good. They never have butter for corn.

Fast food restaurant 🙈☹️ unbelievably slow terrible and the chicken wasn't even fresh and then to be told there are no milkshakes then having to ask for our money back for the milkshakes 🤷🏼‍♂️this is the worst KFC I've had in 40 years and that's saying something because a month ago in Drachten KFC it was also terrible but the chicken was fresh and we got a milkshake.

Spacious , Nice Ambience, Staff is polite and FOOD is GOOD.

Tasty food, but they didn't have salad there. Facilities could be better as well

Memorable KFC flavours but at busy times, expect a long wait for your food, nowhere to sit and incorrect/incomplete orders. Saving grace though is they are polite, courteous and will resolve problems quickly.

It’s very dirty place, entire floor is very sticky, tables to. Menu wasn’t complete because they missed corn, they would like give me extra mayo instead… my god.

The service doesn't even deserve a start at all!! I ordered one hour in advance and when I went to pickup the order it wasn't ready. then I had to wait another 30 minutes for it. Worst KFC ever!!
