Not my taste but I wasn’t going to write a review about that. The owner tried to swindle us out of a few euros. Another reviewer had a similar experience. First the owner tried to charge us 22 euros instead of 16 euros for our two sandwiches. I asked him to confirm the price and he said “Oh you had no drinks my mistake.” Then I gave him cash and he gave me back my change minus 2 euros. When I showed him the menu and the total he said “that’s the old menu. Everything is one euro more.” Such a scam over a few euros. And all for some cruddy sandwiches. One of our sandwiches was unseasoned hamburger meat and nothing else. The other way a hotdog, a pickle, and some cheap spam-like meat. All on cheap bread. If you’re lucky and the owner doesn’t scam you the sandwiches are still overpriced considering the low quality of ingredients.

A great place for iranian sandwiches. I personaly go there once a month. They sandwiches are big and makes you full and taste great.

The best place in town! As an Iranian I can confirm that the taste of the sandwiches was exactly the same as in Iran, with the same ingredients, receipts and flavours. Moreover, the owner, Armin, was incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. He had an amazing attitude and hospitability. I TOTALLY recommend it, even more as an Iranian, but for everyone :) The best sandwiches in town!!!!!

At Cafee Merci you have a wide range of options of Iranian sandwiches. The sandwiches are super tasty. Besides, the guy here is very friendly as expected from a persian Dutch. Recommended for sure!

Discovered this place a week ago and went there twice. Very tasty and high quality food. Armin is a very friendly guy. Best place in Den Haag to have a sandwich. This a place that I will definitely go again.
