    BE AWARE they place similar products in the incorrect location and charge the extra on top €5 in my case. All I got was a sorry and a shurg of shoulders. I had to ask for a refund which was cash not back on my card. How am I supposed to spot the difference when doing a quick shop.

    We ordered a dryer and washing machine but washing machine never arrived. On calling, Mediamarkt service said washing machine is no longer available and cannot give any information. Just to cancel and order a new one, without any recourse. The store in Breda is no help

    The man working in servicebalie, no one has to know Media Markt q system. You don't need to explain why I have to take q ticket, just show where can I take it. stuffed shirt !

    Why all media market employees are very passive aggressive? Is it a requirement when applying for a job or what? Seriously, try to hire nicer people!! I have never encountered this before

    The good was not delivered to the address, but sent to the post office on the other side of the city! On the phone of the store is bot who gives you advice to visit a website. And there is no English language. I'ld prefer a store with well-established logistics and communication.

    Staff was very friendly and customer focused but I didn’t like his sweaty smell and he was no expert either on the topic (I can read texts on boxes myself too). So why would I go there next time and pay more than online? Parking most of the time sucks as it is too narrow and it is nasty to get back on the main road from the shopping area (much traffic and hump).

    Cheeky and arrogant service. after the signal from the anti-theft gate at the entrance to the store, an employee ordered me to show what I have in my pockets, and I was just entering the store (!). I did not agree, so she did not let me do the shopping ... (maybe the problem was that I am Polish, not all of us are thieves) I will buy a laptop in another store (not media markt)

    It is a very good market. You can find all the electronics you need from computers, mobile phones, kitchen electrical appliances, cameras and a lot of good things that you need and the staff are very nice to help you and make special offers every time.

    Good selection of products but that guy who tries to sell you OPPO phones is too much lol. I understand you're paid to do that but some people would actually go on a proper brand instead of these new Chinese unknown brands...

    Electronics shop that sells most of the stuff you want, just phone first or check availability, ibecause they generally have lots of items but the ones you usually want are never to be found. Also if you live outside the Netherlands then you cannot make an account to arrange for click and collect

    Here are my up's 👍🏼 and down's 👎🏼... 👍🏼 No up's this time..... 👎🏼 Don't believe the stock numbers on their website..! Once we found out that the store in Tilburg did not have any phones (a model we wanted) we drove to the store in Breda, on the website Breda should have two phones. Once we arrived in Breda there was no phone we could view, luckily there was one phone left that they unpacked for us so we could view it before we bought it.

    Today I bought myself a phone. The sales assistant tried to convince me to buy an OPPO phone, I refused him. I asked him to give me the phone that I want and he said look for yourself and left

    They wouldn't let me in the shop without making an appointment, which can only be done the day prior. What is more, I ordered the desired product online, while having them say that it was in stock, then on the next day I receive an email that the item is no longer in stock and that the order was canceled. Find another store, it will save you some time and headaches

    In the past, there was a price on kpop albums. There are currently no prices attached. Makes me insecure about buying and wanting to know the price attached. I feel bad 👎🏻😭

    It is far from Brussels somewhere around 90 km but Nice place to get your house hold appliances and electronics. Friendly staff. I was happy to visit this store as I got QWERTY laptop as in Belgium it was not possible to get an qwerty laptop.
