Another issue I had was that they recommend using the protective glasses just when they are doing your arms, but as the laser is so dangerous for the eye, it should stay on for the entire procedure, very concerning was that the lady did not use them at all, which makes me question the effectiveness of the laser. Before I booked my appointment I was told a price, but after that I was informed that they do not know who told me that price, because the price for that treatment is another one, higher of course. At some point during the procedure, she tried using the laser on the skin without having applied the gel. Another concern was that the procedure was very fast for the areas that I have chosen. Overall, it was not a good experience and I do not recommend it at all.
