I came to Quality Care Breda for haptotherapy because I wanted to refine and change things about myself after my divorce 3 years ago. What bothered me in my daily well-being. After each session something changed in me, sometimes incomprehensible but nevertheless pleasant to experience, and that it is useful to me! The sessions with Emmy have taught me a lot and I now have an easier and more beautiful outlook on life. At first I didn't know what to expect. All I knew was that it was a way to get more in touch with my feelings. Despite the lockdown, I have still been able to make progress to the point where, much sooner than expected, I no longer need help. The sessions were well organized, alternating discussions with exercises, exercises that can also be done at home, and a space in which you can be honest with yourself.

Quality Care is Emmy, and Emmy knows how to create an atmosphere with every treatment that calms you down.
