    Absolutely ridiculous. The woman at the desk would not allow us to be seen by a doctor, even though she was in terrible pain with a high fever. Insisted on speaking to another doctor and was refused. Told that no one will help us. Terrible excuse for an emergency room, go anywhere else if you can.

I was admitted after my birth and had to hand in my medication that I already used at home because it was opiates. This is due to safety and to prevent theft. Yeah right .... Upon discharge I discovered that (apparently by staff, because it was in a safe) my pills had been stolen !! This because I counted my pills before I handed them in !!! I discussed this along with various other complaints in a conversation with the head nurse, but nothing has been done about it. I was informed that hardly anything was done with complaints because women were admitted for only 24 to 48 hours after the birth and then they were gone again. Due to the short admission time, there were also few patients who complained at all but simply made them come away. However, my son and I were there for 11 days because he turned out to have a number of handicaps. Nice hospital eh! (Original) Geen verrassing voor mij dat ze nu onder toezicht staan. Hier mijn meest schandalige ervaring van helaas ontelbare slechte ervaringen waartussen een paar goede ervaringen.... Ik was opgenomen na mijn bevalling en moest mijn medicatie die ik thuis al gebruikte inleveren omdat het opiaten betrof. Dit vanwege veiligheid en om diefstal te voorkomen. Yeah right.... Bij ontslag kwam ik er achter dat er (blijkbaar door personeel, want het lag in een kluis) van mijn pillen gestolen was!! Dit omdat ik voordat ik ze inleverde mijn pillen geteld had!!! Ik heb dit tezamen met verschillende andere klachten in een gesprek met de hoofdverpleegkundige besproken, er is echter niets aan gedaan. Ik kreeg de mededeling dat er nauwelijks iets met klachten gedaan werd omdat vrouwen na de bevalling toch maar 24 tot 48 uur opgenomen zijn en ze daarna toch weer weg zijn. Vanwege de korte opname tijd waren er ook maar weinig patiënten die überhaupt klaagden maar gewoon maakten dat ze weg kwamen. Ik lag er met mijn zoon echter 11 dagen omdat hij een aantal handicaps bleek te hebben. Lekker ziekenhuis hè!

    One of the worst support. As soon as you start speaking in English, they disconnect the call without letting you know. For the past 1 month, we have been asking them to route the prescription to our new pharmacy, they haven't done it so far and the response is very disappointing. If you have a customer satisfaction team, please reach out to me so that I can tell you about the support staff who was not helpful and behaved rudely with us.

    With a big part of my family in health care I am always critical of healthcare. But that also means I know good healthcare when I see it, and this is a great hospital. From the specialists to the volunteers. Everyone seems to be here for the right reasons and seems to care deeply for the work they do.     Good doctor's. Parking is quite expensive (only free for first 15 mins). There's often a wait for the chemist (over 10 mins on busy mornings). Hospital has had some renovation but does look a little 80s dated in places. There is free parking on Langendijk but this gets filled up pretty quickly. Plenty of spaces for bicycles. Handicap friendly entrance, lifts and floors.
