As
an
italian,
I've
tried
every
pizza
place
in
Breda
and
this
is
literally
the
only
place
that
actually
tries
and
succesfully
makes
italian
pizza.
No
dutch
influence
whatsoever
in
both
dough,
recipes
and
ingredients,
just
real
italian
"pizza
al
taglio"
(it
also
has
both
the
typical
roman
potato
pizza
and
more
known
neapolitan
ones).
No
cheap
cheese
as
most
other
places
but
actual
mozzarella.
Even
the
flour
is
a
specific
one
imported
from
italy.
Strongly
recommended
if
you've
never
tried
actual
italian
pizza
or
-
in
my
case
-
if
you're
missing
Italy's
food.
I
felt
at
Rome
again.
As
a
pro,
owners
are
a
very
talkative
and
nice
couple.
I'll
definitely
come
back.
