About
a
year
ago
I
was
searching
for
a
gym
that
suited
my
needs
and
preferences.
I
tried
three
other
gyms
in
Utrecht
that
did
not,
and
somehow
found
this
place,
since
April.
I
visited
the
gym
for
an
introduction
to
the
gym
and
I
signed
up
for
a
Bodybalance
lesson
to
try
out
for
free.
Never
done
anything
like
yoga,
but
I
was
actually
looking
for
Pilates
class
and
this
class
was
going
to
incorporate
some
Pilates
exercises.
Zito,
the
staff
member
at
that
time
who
gave
me
the
most
warm
welcoming
and
friendly
and
overall,
not
pushy
(unlike
some
other
gym...)
vibe,
recommended
me
this
class
by
Nina.
So
I
tried
it
out,
and
during
the
first
class
I
was
sold.
She
was
very
professional,
but
also
engaging
and
had
excellent
technique,
a
real
role
model.
After
this
I
made
sure
to
visit
this
class
weekly,
to
enhance
other
aspects
(flexibility,
balance,
core)
that
my
own
strength
workout
doesn't
focus
on.
I
actually
came
to
the
gym
for
weight
training
mainly.
First
impression
was
important,
and
with
the
fancy
lights
(I
love
it),
new,
clean,
and
qualitative
equipment
(unlike
other
gyms,
where
machines
or
items
are
old
and
broken
half
of
the
time),
a
sauna
included
in
the
dressing
rooms
(male/female
seperated
sauna!),
on
top
of
the
friendly
and
helpful
staff
-
I
knew
this
was
it.
I
came
during
off
peak
hours
for
my
workouts
and
that
is
super
relaxed.
Not
many
people
in
the
gym,
never
groups
hanging
around,
everyone
just
being
focused
and
actually
working
out.
Evenings
can
be
way
more
crowded
and
I
only
came
to
the
gym
during
evenings
for
group
lessons.
Really,
the
only
downside
is
not
optimal
accessibility,
because
there
is
no
elevator
here
for
the
4
floors.
I
can
imagine
people
who
are
(temporarily)
disabled
or
have
a
leg
injury
might
skip
this
gym
due
to
stairs.
But
there
is
a
twist
to
this
already
too
detailed
story:
half
a
year
later
the
gym
was
looking
for
more
instructors.
And
the
opportunity
arose
for
me
to
be
trained
to
become
a
Les
Mills
certified
Bodybalance
Instructor.
After
passing
the
training
successfully,
here
I
am:
I
am
now
teaching
Bodybalance
classes
at
Dutch
Gym!
And
actually
only
once
I
became
an
instructor
I
met
Ron
(owner),
and
I
noticed
how
much
he
engaged
with
everyone.
He
is
being
real,
and
he
stands
for
the
same
values
as
I
do.
I
met
more
staff
members
and
instructors
of
this
gym,
and
it
feels
wholesome.
I
thank
everyone
in
the
team
for
this
opportunity
π
I
would
highly
recommend
this
gym
if
you
want
quality
and
worth
your
gym
subscription
