Phenomenal. This is my favorite place to eat in the Hague with out a doubt and I can't recommend it enough. They do such an amazing job with flavors. The currys are fantastic and the patisseries are seriously unreal good. The staff is really helpful in explaining the menu if you are curious to know more. You can tell they really care about what they do. Stop reading the reviews and just go.

Really good place to eat. I feel that is some kind of familly buisness, there is a kind atmosphere. Waitress is very cute and lovely, very good taste and quality of food. Highly reccomended. Must-have place when you travel to Den Haag.

So good and nicely spiced. Flavors were great, staff was kind and welcoming, the outdoor seating was lovely. Everything is vegan with the option of adding chicken if you can’t live without meat. The chickpea curry and potato stuffed naan were favorites, but everything we ordered was delicious.

10/10 a very lovely place run by lovely people. The smell of the curries is intoxicating during the day, and the food is always fresh and hot and satisfying. Chai is delicious, and all of the curries are extremely tasty, some of the best indian food we’ve had in Den Haag.

Ever since I came across this restaurant while biking around the neighbourhood, I have been wanting to try out their menu. Especially their desserts in the display counter that I was eyeing on from behind the windows. Fast forward two months, I finally got around to order the protein chickpea curry with paneer and the exotic tropical cake through Uber Eats. First off, the cake looked amazing, they did a great job assembling and decorating it. On their website it was advertised as a vegan pistachio cake, unfortunately it did not have the faintest taste of pistachio. The cake was moist and the texture was inbetween dense and fluffy, unlike a superfluffy genoise sponge cake. I was not impressed by the cake itself because of the lack of flavour but the cream layers were very nice, although it could've used more cream (but then again to me there's never enough cream on cake :p). The cream didn't taste much like coconut but the texture was on point, light and creamy like non-vegan whipped cream. The fruit-flavored jelly in the layers were a nice sweet and tangy addition to complete the overall tasting experience of the cake and I think it would be even more complementary if jam instead of jelly was used, for a softer mouthfeel. The curry was nothing short of flavorful and aromatic, a bit sour (from the tomatoes I reckon) and very salty. It was heavily spiced with garam masala spices. I definitely recommend getting paneer with it (or tofu if you're vegan) to have some different textures to chew on. I couldn't finish it all of it so I put it in the fridge and the next day it tasted even better :) Had a wonderful meal, thank you! Recommended to everyone!

Delicious food and lovely staff! I ordered samosas, lentillicious curry and pistachio cake last week via Ubereats and was really impressed by the portion size and flavours. As an Indian person, I can say it’s the most authentic Indian food you can find in The Hague. The cake was also the best I have had in The Netherlands, soft and not overly sweet! I also ate in the restaurant and had samosa cholle which was presented beautifully and spiced just right! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to have authentic Indian food in the Netherlands!

First came across Kisaan via a take away app, and was really happy with my order. Good tasty curry, fresh naan, and a vegan cake! So obviously I wanted to try the dine in experience, and it was just as good. Very delicious started, curry still amazing, naan, and so full I couldn't fit dessert. The owner was really enthusiastic and told us about how they source their ingredients, where the concept came from, etc. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you're vegan/vegetarian or for some other reason prefer vegan/vegetarian food. Although they do cater to omnivores with the optional chicken add in.

Delicious lunch in a warm and peaceful place along the popular Weimarstraat. The dishes made of fresh and local products were tasty and there is a good amount for food for sporty people. Doggybag is also an option for the smaller stomachs. The service was of very good quality with good advice. Looking forward to come back this summer to try your terrace!

Absolutely delicious food, lots of options. I’m a great fan of the tropical coconut curry, the veggie madness and the samosa cholle. I’ve only ordered from Kisaan an I can say that delivery is very quick. Would recommend to anyone

I really enjoy their food, there are many great meals I liked, but my favorite is Popeyes curry - soo good ❤️ What I appreciate as well is that they have many vegan options and it is well explained what is vegan and what not, so you don’t have to lose time.

There's something special about their Chef. All the curries he prepare make you feel like you're at home. Very refreshing and unique taste. Samosa Chaat is something to die for. Also their Mango Lassi and Desserts are fabulous. Waiting for their new menu which would be unveiled soon🤗

Best Indian food in the Hague, maybe even the Netherlands. Super-friendly and helpful staff! DO leave room for dessert, the patisseries are mind-blowing

Definitely one of the best vegan place in the Hague! This family owned restaurant is a must-visit whether or not you are vegan. The food is delicious and the service is probably the best I have had in the Netherlands. I really loved that the cakes are not sugar bombs and instead have delicate flavors.

Great food, great advise, exceptional helpful owner, chef and staff! Vegan restaurant as an example for many others! The samosa cholle is very tasty. We had a brand new truly vegan desert which was extremely good. Thank you!

They have good vegan options. The samosa chaat is a must go for. I would rate North Indian main course - 3.5. The pastries are good- biscoff is the best one.

Had a great time there, amazing selection of Indian cuisine to choose from, hits all your taste buds 😋 and on top of all, young and welcoming team. Samosa chaat is our favourite😍 Good luck and see you soon!

Excellent food! Good vegan/vegetarian selection. Loved the samosa cholle! The 3 cupcakes we tried were delicious too, and beautiful. Couldn't even tell they were vegan. Very friendly service as well. Will definitely come again.

First trip to Den Haag. We found Kisaan through reviews and enjoyed it completely. The service, philosophy, ambiance, music, and food were all top quality. The owners of this small business were friendly and informative. They support local suppliers as much as possible. We had great beers from a local brewery and sampled several dishes. The lentil curry is a must! These folks are very conscientious and lovely.
