Stumbled
upon
this
place
on
Monday
evening,
I
was
looking
for
somewhere
with
fresh
vegetables
and
no
meat.
After
looking
through
the
big
touchscreen
menu
I
went
for
the
poke
bowl
with
cold
noodles
and
a
load
of
fresh
vegetables
topped
with
some
Japanese
mayo
and
a
vinegar
dressing.
I
got
a
fresh
pineapple
drink
which
had
a
hit
of
gember
in
it.
The
poke
bowl
was
really
good,
so
fresh
and
full
of
flavour
and
colour.
You
wat
with
your
eyes
they
say
and
this
was
a
feast
and
more.
I
said
I'd
be
back
in
Nijmegen
on
Wednesday
and
I
f
I
was
able
I'd
be
back
to
try
something
else
Wednesday
came
(today),
left
my
work
in
Groningen
and
headed
to
Nijmegen,
parked
at
the
hotel
checked
in
and
dumped
my
bag
in
the
room.
Earbuds
a
s
put
on
some
"Hamish
Hawk",
I
great
band
from
Edinburgh
I've
only
recently
discovered
after
seeing
them
play
in
my
home
city
of
Edinburgh
in
Bonnie
Scotland....but
I'm
getting
of
topic
here
although
the
music
did
fitvin
well
with
a
walk
through
the
beautiful
old
town
of
Nijmegen.
Anyway,
the
food,
I
found
my
way
back
to
"The
Fresh
Factory"
and
again
looked
at
the
big
touchscreen
menu
and
made
my
choice,
the
truffel
burger
with
cheddar
cheese
jalapenos
tomato
and
lettuce
and
probably
a
few
more
green
things.
Can't
remember
the
sauce
I
choose
but
it
was
perfect.
My
drink
tonight
was
a
strawberry
banana
shake
built
on
a
base
of
Greek
yoghurt.
The
burger
was
really
really
good,
I've
had
a
few
vegetarian
and
vegan
burger's
on
my
nest
free
journey
over
the
years
and
this
was
the
top
one
fo
me.
The
burger
was
great,
it
was
exactly
the
way
I
wanted
it,
full
of
flavour
with
that
jalapeno
kick
and
the
sauce
I
choose
but
can't
remember!!!!
The
shake,
I
liked
the
shake.
I
like
strawberrys,
I
like
bananas
and
I
like
Greek
yoghurt.
It
couldn't
fail
but
it
all
has
to
come
together
in
the
right
ratio
and
the
mix
was
good.
No
it
was
very
good.
Very
enjoyable
with
my
burger.
I
like
how
everything
it's
made
fresh
to
order.
You
can
see
the
staff
working
away
putting
your
chosen
meal
together,
no
hiding
here.
The
staff
where
great,
chatty
and
friendly.
The
bad
bit
then,
yeah
it's
not
perfect...
It's
in
Nijmegen
and
I
live
on
Delfzijl,
that's
a
2½
hour
drive!!!!
Looks
like
I'll
be
back
in
beautiful
Nijmegen
with
the
wife
in
tow
to
try
more
delights
on
the
menu
If
you
want
a
fresh
freshly
made
full
flavour
lunch
it
drink
or
whatever
this
is
a
must.
Funky
cool
relaxed
and
tasty
and
if
you
play
some
"Hamish
Hawk"
you'll
thank
me.
Looking
forward
to
going
again......soon.
