We
recommend
you
go
elsewhere,
literally
anywhere
else,
for
food.
For
a
restaurant
specialising
in
pizza
we
really
did
not
expect
one
of
our
pizzas
to
come
out
a
full
hour
after
the
first
one.
When
we
got
there
there
were
only
people
at
a
couple
of
tables,
it
certainly
was
not
full,
four
tables
including
us.
The
food
should
arrive
at
the
table
for
everyone
at
the
same
time.
My
pizza
was
overcooked
and
crispy
browned.
Not
inedible,
but
not
far
off.
We
only
got
the
second
pizza
because
we
had
to
chase
it
up
a
couple
of
times
with
the
waiting
staff.
That
should
not
happen,
waiting
staff
should
be
able
to
be
on
top
of
these
things.
My
pizza
choice
was
not
one
my
girlfriend
liked,
so
she
had
to
sit
and
wait
for
an
hour
until
her
pizza
eventually
came,
by
which
time
she
had
gone
beyond
being
hungry.
No
satisfactory
explanation
for
the
hour
wait
was
given.
Pizza
takes
a
couple
of
minutes
to
cook.
At
one
point
we
were
told
the
chef
had
made
her
pizza,
but
was
not
happy
with
it,
so
did
not
send
it
out.
Come
on.
It
is
pizza.
If
you
cannot
get
pizza
right
in
a
restaurant
that
serves
lots
of
pizza
you
should
consider
having
a
rethink
of
what
you
are
doing.
Especially
if
you
then
can
have
another
pizza
ready
just
after.
They
take
a
couple
of
minutes
to
prepare
and
the
same
to
cook.
There
was
no
real
explanation,
no
sincere
apology
and
no
adjustment
of
the
bill
for
the
poor
service
and
overall
experience.
We
eat
pizza
regularly
and
you
are
a
few
minutes
walk
away
from
us,
but
we
will
not
be
returning.
It
felt
to
us
as
if
you
were
not
bothered
about
the
customer
experience,
perhaps
thinking
it
is
tourists,
so
just
charge
the
full
amount,
they
will
be
gone
and
new
tourists
will
be
arriving
next
week,
I
do
not
know.
Maybe
not.
We
live
in
Barbados.
Any
restaurant
can
have
a
bad
night,
I
have
worked
in
and
owned
restaurants,
so
I
understand
this.
But
if
you
do
have
a
bad
night,
own
it.
Be
pro
active
and
own
up
to
the
customer,
do
not
wait
for
the
customer
to
come
to
you.
A
sincere
apology
and
a
small
gesture
goes
a
long
way
in
goodwill.
Personally
I
would
suggest
you
should
have
not
charged
for
a
pizza
that
took
an
hour
longer
than
the
first
pizza.
Yes,
my
girlfriend
did
eat
it,
but
at
that
point
after
waiting
so
long,
her
enjoyment
was
gone.
Having
had
a
busy
day
at
work,
she
was
so
hungry
by
then,
she
would
have
eaten
most
anything.
Alternate
proposal.
We
had
non
alcoholic
fruit
punch
drinks,
a
couple
of
dollars
each,
the
least
you
could
have
done
was
to
have
waived
the
cost
of
them
from
the
bill.
But,
no.
The
bill
was
presented
with
everything
charged
at
full
price.
We
paid,
in
full,
because
I
really
do
not
like
to
have
to
make
a
fuss.
Based
on
our
experience,
we
cannot
recommend
going
here
for
pizza.
Do
not
just
take
our
word
for
it,
read
the
other
reviews,
ours
is
not
the
only
one
saying
these
things.
Make
your
own
decision.
There
are
lots
of
places
serving
pizza
in
Barbados,
choose
one
that
is
competent
and
consistently
good.
Lots
of
the
management
replies
say
they
will
do
better,
but
you
are
not.
