Wooow!!!! I feel like I am floating. I just had the most amazing out of this world massage and I am NOT exaggerating. My massage therapist was called Virgimia, she was so sweet and kind. She has over 18 years of experience and it shows. As a mum of 3 and Finance manager I rarely get time to myself let alone a whole 60 minutes. So this was much needed after a busy period of Xmas shopping and kids all at home. I got a chance to escape and truly relax. Virgimia said I had a lot of tension in my shoulders and I wasn’t surprised atall but I definitely feel a lot lighter and super relaxed. The spa itself was clean, calming and very welcoming. I was welcomed with a warm cup of herbal tea and the same after my massage. I stayed alittle bit longer in the waiting area with my tea and I am sure I over stayed welcome :) that’s how relaxing the place is, you could stay there all day. Location is fab! Right opposite Belsize Park underground station and close to loads of cafes and restaurants, if you wanted to grab something to eat afterwards. Had the pleasure of a 60 minute full body massage at the Belsize Park location, From first entering to leaving after, I was made to feel really welcome, with super friendly staff, On arriving I was offered a drink, (tea I went for), the lobby/reception was really smart. The treatment room I was in, was quite large to be fair, and a new one for me I had a heater blanket under the towel on the treatment bed! Was a nice touch! In terms of the actual massage itself, I have to say, it was the best one I’ve ever experienced, When I was asked how I found it and I answers magical, I wasn’t joking! Haha. It genuinely was head and shoulders above any others. Highly recommend

I wanted to share my experience of Full Body Massage at Belsize Park Spa & Massage. First of all, the staff is incredibely attentive and kind. I was offered a drink and asked to fill in a health form - I loved that health of a client is being taken into consideration. The treatment itself by the lovely specialist Mihaela was perfect. I felt listened, relaxed, the massage was just like You would imagine a relaxing / deep tissue treatment. I am a vocal coach so it is important for me to feel the tension released after such treatment, especially in the neck area. I would definitely recommend the Belsize Park location and Spa&Massage in general to anyone who wants to feel good in their body. ❤️ 15/10

I’ve had the most relaxing 60 minutes massage with Natalia. So lovely, she listened to what I needed including the preferred pressure and the fact that I’d loved her to spend a little time with my scalp. It’s been really relaxing and rejuvenating, definitely time needed during a stressful week! I would definitely recommend this branch as it’s literally 1 second from the tube station and extremely easy to get to as well after work. Will definitely be returning!

I had a lovely massage here! I got to fill in a consultation form to highlight the areas I wanted the therapist to focus on. She was great at checking in throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was right. It was also really nice that they offered tea and water before and after the massage. Would 100% recommend if you need a pamper.

Lilia did my massage this Afternoon, she was very kind, calm and gave me an amazingly relaxing massage, relieving a lot of tension in my body. She also offered words of advice regarding how to take the tension out of my body. It was a lovely experience overall. My only constructive criticism would be regarding the etiquette of the receptionist staff, I think perhaps being a little more friendly and genuine would be a lot better…

Very high standard massage studio. I have had many massages over the years, and issues with back and neck pain. Vicctor was my masseuse for the sports massage I booked, it was a very strong massage, and he understood exactly the problem area and suggested we spend the hour working solely on that problem. It was not meant to be a relaxing massage, and I came away after many many years of pain & discomfort in my left shoulder having all the cricks and crackles just got like that. I cannot thank you enough and I will definitely be back !

I'm always on a look out for a some good beauty therapy and I came across spa and massage whilst I'm currently in the city the price is in the middle £75 for 1 hour massage, the oil they use is nice and doesn't leave your skin too oily, the massage therapist didn't make me look like a drown rat as some places do. It was relaxing, they have 9 rooms, it's bright, and they have tea for you to enjoy. They have merchant should you want to purchase anything.

He consistently checked in with me throughout the massage, listening to my feedback to ensure the pressure was ok and adjusted accordingly. I left feeling rejuvenated. Excellent place for a massage, very professional therapists. Spotlessly clean, and I'm fussy. A bonus is that the spa is open 7 days a week day and eves. Friendly easy going place for a massage. I've been going there regularly for years so that says it all. Just a couple of things that I'd recommend, well four actually. 1) changing their essential oils to another (more expensive brand?) currently they are a bit boring, odorless and basic. 2) putting a solid hand rail along the staircase leading to the basement.. 3) providing disposable g-strings to wear during the massage 4) maybe burning incense or a scented candle in Reception area to get you in the mood.. Having said all that, I cant wait to go for another massage!

I’ve been there a few times for a massage and plantar reflexology, and always had a great experience. Came out relaxed, cleansed, knots untied. The person in charge of the session knows what he/she’s doing, listens to your requests, adapts the care in function of the needs. Room is clean, with a zen vibe. You can definitely trust the place. It’s run by professionals.
