Fantastic customer service and a A+ experience all around! The eye testing was super quick and easy with the optometrist Jess, very professional and friendly. Choosing glasses frames ended up being a very fun and rewarding experience with Aggie and Eliza, and they went above and beyond making me feel at ease! There were a great range of frames to choose from too. Highly recommend this branch of Specsavers, will definitely be returning for my next eye test! A+++

Fantastic service and very helpful staff. My glasses broke and my local Brighton branch ordered new frames of the same type but could not confirm how long it would take... I happened to drop into the Holborn branch while in London for work. They had the same frame in store, provided an immediate lense switch and a second pair for half price (which my local branch did not offer). Brighton were happy to refund and I left Holborn with a new pair and a second on the way to my home address. Beata was terrific, reccomending a good backup set that were in my price range and thinner lenses to reduce risk of breakage! Impressed is an understatement.

I’m not used to wearing glasses and I really struggled to choose a pair that suit me. The employees here were so kind and helpful! They selected different pairs for me to try on based on my face shape and gave their advice. They were very friendly and accommodating. This branch has a good selection of glasses and designer pairs are included in the 2 for 1 offer. Really pleased with the service!

The lovely staff here, all so professional , positive and friendly made the experience of having an eye test and choosing frames very lovely, indeed... This is the best branch of Specsavers in London. Wonderful.

Been here for years and they are always friendly and attentive with little or no waiting time. I have complex eye issues and the opticians have been very diligent in ensuring they get prescription right, both initially and with follow-up appointments when my needs require it. Particularly happy with the help the upstairs staff gave me choosing new frames earlier this year, they look great and much better than the old ones.

Aggie is very professional and helpful for the whole consulting process. Highly recommend!

I request an adjustment for my glasses, and Brata (a staff member at this glasses chop) kindly tightened my classes for free. In addition, she cleaned my glasses surface. Coming from Japan as an internatoinal master's student, that experience in London really made my day.

Best looking Specsavers store I've ever visited... upstairs you'll find their display cabinets and downstairs are the consultancy rooms. All very clean, bright and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Today was my first visit to this actual store, though I have used and purchased my glasses from Specsavers for years. I'm due to pick them up again next Saturday...I will add to this review once I receive my new ( 4 pairs ) glasses. I will definitely book my next eye test here again.

Absolutely amazing staff and great skills! They fixed my glasses worsened by the Vision Express staff and explained to me how they broke my glasses which they denied they did even I had proof. Will definitely recommend going!

I’ve moved all over in the past 4 years but never changed the opticians I go to because this one is the best. Aggie is always so helpful and genuine lovely person and it’s so nice to see her every time. If anyone is considering an opticians I highly recommend this one. I went in recently and was in a fluster on my way to the airport but Aggie and Beata helped me so much and I got my plane on time haha. Thank you!!!

Great service. In town for most of today waiting around so thought I'd try and get my eyes tested for new glasses. Although fully booked I was squeezed in to their day comfortably and have chosen 3 pairs for delivery to my home when ready. My eyes as suspected are worsening so I'm glad I was able to get tested. Staff were very welcoming, pleasant and efficient.

I have been going to Specsavers in Holborn for 11 years and it is my trusted optician even now that I don't work there anymore I kept going there for all my checks and needs because they are professional, always on time and lovely people. Positive experience: competent and friendly staff, eye tests in the basement, many frames available and current offer of 2 for 1 for any frame above £69 (mix&match recommended), including designer ones, great Tommy Hilfiger ones for men. Glasses ready to be collected just 5 working days after the order. Bear in mind any extra lens treatments will be not be included in the offer for any pairs: e.g., if you want thin&light option you will pay that for both pairs reducing discount to a third, rather than 50%. Downside: rushed discussion regarding extra treatments, years ago they used to provide a leaflet explaining the details, now you will have to browse the website before the visit to be fully aware of the options; moreover, starting price for them can easily double for high prescriptions

Outstanding, quality, fun, professional, had fun from the eye test lady, to Eliza and Aggie had to get the names this time. Had broken glasses and needed new prescription and new glasees. Not only had fun with choosing, have two lovely glasees with better prescriptions. Definitely worth going....

Amazing customer service by Munam and Aggie today. It was only her 3rd day at work apparently for Munam… I couldn’t tell she was that new based on the way she helped me pick my glasses. She was ably supported by Aggie, who looks like the best mentor one can have on their first job. Really happy to get such good customer service - something that is becoming more and more rare to find of late. And no sales pitches to, trying to make me buy more than what I wanted.

Kubra was brilliant with my eye test, advised me clearly with everything and the service was fast and professional. Also, Aggie was very friendly and advised me greatly when selecting glasses to purchase! :)

I only choose this spacsavers because they had the highest reviews which is why I expected them to deal with my order without any problems. I was told it was going to take 10 days for my glasses to be finished. They said 100% it will be done by Sunday or Monday. I called them on Monday without receiving any messages from them. They said it will be done by Tuesday instead. After calling them on Tuesday they said my glasses failed the test so they have to order new ones and wait few more days. It’s been more than 2 weeks now it’s absolutely unacceptable. I don’t have any glasses or contact lenses which is something they know which is why I am annoyed at them for giving me false exceptions. I would also like to say when I called them on Tuesday I was told that they will call me back but that never happened. Totally unprofessional!!! They sent me an email to rate my experience with them. How can I rate them without receiving my glasses?

Agnieszka - and her team at the Holborn Specsavers Opticians were brilliant, they were very professional and polite - i had an eye test with a optical coherence tomography scan which was excellent and i also got my old glasses re- glazed and also paid for a new frame with the new prescription at a very good price - it was quick and effortless and they made me feel very welcome - i recommend the Holborn Branch 10 out of 10 top service - i will use them again.

Friendly, efficient and very helpful service. Much nicer and better than my experience at the Angel branch. Both Polish ladies were brilliant at helping me choose and get my glasses done quickly. Thank you. Definitely recommend. Also great value for money.

Would highly recommend this branch of Specsavers. The store is immaculate and recently renovated and the staff are amazing. Aggie went out of her way to help me and did so with such kindness and warmth!

I came in earlier this afternoon for a confirmation eye test, and was examined thoroughly by a very competent, experienced optician whose name regrettably I missed. On the other hand, my choice of new spectacles – a replacement for a frame I was superficially adviced on suitability elsewhere a few months back – and final detail work for my new varifocal lenses was equally expertly and with equally great care and attention carried out by Agi, whom I'd equally like to commend. Would definitely return to this opticians branch, which I also equally recommending.

Aggie is lovely, warm and friendly. Made me feel so special as a customer visiting. I bought 2 glasses and she made sure they were comfortable for me and I was satisfied with them. Also the optician (can't remember her name!) made me feel at ease and made the time to see me when I got my appointment dates mixed up! Thank you Specsavers Holborn =)

Amazing service and staff. Huge thanks to Aggie for her professionalism and her patience!! I got booked the eye test here (which was VERY comprehensive compared to what I would have expected/what I was used to) and then I got two pairs of glasses from here (one with all of the possible extras on them and one with polarised lenses + prescription). Both pairs are of great quality and the price I paid on them was fair in my opinion. I would also point out how many types of frames they sell, it's impossible not to find the one which suits you the best! I will definitely be back and recommend the place!
