All of the doctors in this office are amazing! Very punctual with appointment time and we all know that's extremely rare in doctor's visit. Doctors and staff are very informative and my husband and I never feel rushed out of the office. The staff are all very sweet and welcoming. The office is extremely clean and the best part about this office is that you can always speak with a REAL PERSON. Another plus with this office is when you need test or refills they are on top of it and getting scheduling and refills done pretty quick.. I would recommend them to anyone if you enjoy a stress-free doctors visit. They are just amazing!!!

Saw Dr. Vicious for the first time today. He was very attentive and dealt very well with my issues. The staff here are extremely friendly and efficient. Waiting time was very short and the facilities are clean and modern. Highly recommended as a primary care physician

I first met with Dr. Vicioso back in December 2021. I was very impressed with his wonderful manner and attention to details. His followup video call was exceptional as he caught a potential problem that was quickly remedied. I returned just recently for another exam and was pleased that despite Dr. Vicioso’s busy practice he remembered me after only a first time meeting some 7 months ago. It is exceptional to find a doctor who really takes the time to look at and listen to his patients. I totally recommend him for anyone needing a GP. The staff at Sole Health is also very knowledgeable, very professional and friendly.

Out of all the doctor places I have visited this is the best. Kassandra made my appointment and she was the best. She provided so many great answers and was very patient. I walked in and I did the check in and I did not wait a long time ( as many as you know it’s rare that we wait a short time) Dr. V assistant Daniel is the absolute best, he answered all of my questions and he was so kind. Then I saw Dr.Sanchez. I LOVE that doctor with all my heart. She was the best. I don’t usually visit doctors very often because I never had a good experience but with her she made sure that I was comfortable at all the time. Truly a gem. After that I meet the manager Maggie, what a peach!!!. Her vibes are a amazing and she is sweet and compassionate I can. 1000/10 I recommend. Thank you Sole Health 🤍

It is a cozy place and the staff is very friendly. The only thing is that they serve you about an hour after the appointment or a little more... but ultimately it is worth the wait. Doctors are adorable

I am so happy to have found this clinic. The entire staff is amazing. To start with the front desk Leah and the rest of the reception staff is welcoming and on point with your schedules. As for my doctor Visioco very understanding listens to all my concerns and questions and guides me to the best path for my health. With that said, he referred me to Dr. Sanchez and Beniley whom have been amazing with my weight loss journey that I started in March of last year. Dr. Sanchez and Beniley worked on giving me the tools to be successful in my weight loss and the encouragement and support that We needs in order to complete the weight loss goals. They are always up-to-date with the latest technology and the latest trends when it comes to healthcare I love that they are very educated, and are willing to share their education with their patients. Beniley has not only been there to guide me and educate me on my weight loss but she has took the time to educate me about other things she is very passionate about her job and that makes me feel very comfortable with her and any of her suggestions. Beniley not only focus on weight loss she she is also an aesthetician and she gives great facials and I can’t even express amazing body contouring with her cavitation machine and Lipo laser like you get a whole deal with these girls. I can honestly keep on going and saying more beautiful things about these people. I am very happy that I came across this entire staff and that they are now a part of my life and my families. I have never enjoyed going to the doctor before in my life. Then I came to this practice and Dr. Vicioso. I actually look forward to coming. The doctor has been extremely helpful and attentive. When I needed to reach him I have had that option. When I need referrals or various details sent or received the staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. I really couldn't ask for more. A wealthy friend has a concierge-style doctor that charges him many tens of thousands of dollars a year for priority service in addition to all the normal fees; I think I have it better with Dr. Vicioso in every way than my friend does with his arrangement. I've never had a doctor before that was as pleasant to deal with, as willing and eager to help, and the treatment I've gotten thus far suggests that he definitely knows what he's doing.

I was excited to come in to this office due to the reviews, however I called to ask questions about your immigration exam service and the ladies at the front desk provide horrible costumer service, first they are not knowledgeable enough on the subject, then the first lady that attended my call hang up on me and when I called back no one apologize for it. At last, another lady took my call and there was a huge back and forth explaining to her what I was talking to the other lady and promptly just reply back “so do you want the appointment or not”. I called for a potential appointment and see what you have to offer. I see I’m not the only one complaining about your staff, so sad that probably the doctors are great here, but if you don’t change who is in the front line attending your potential patients then you might be loosing even the patients you already have …

Daniel M. is one of the best nursing assistant at this facility. He is always so personable and readily greets you with a warm smile. Always seems to remember the details of your face after a visit because he is always saying hi before he actually receives your chart. He is quite caring, kind, very helpful and very professional. I can't recall having a nursing assistant quite like Daniel at my previous doctor. Daniel, you truly deserves high marks and continue to be just as caring and warm as you are with patients. Thank you so much for always putting a smile on my face even when I am in pain.

Been too multiple doctor's offices but hands down this office is amazing! Starting from the front staff and Manager they are very welcoming the nurses are great and treat you with kindness and respect! And all 3 doc are very knowledgeable and they their time to listen to your every concern. If you need a Doctor office that makes you feel at home come to Sole Health.

SHMC is my haven of peace and tranquility. The office is very clean and smells refreshing. My first impression of Dr. Vicioso was so impressed it’s unbelievable. Dr. V is very kind and attentive, he shows so much care it’s almost unbelievable for a doctor to spend so much time with you. Dr. Cepin is just as awesome as Dr. Vicioso treating patients with excellent bedroom manners. I love this place and would recommend everyone to this office.

Excellent, with that word I summarize my first three visits, to Sole Health and with Doctor Luis Vicioso, who was referred to me by a patient of his. In the first, the Administration staff provided magnificent customer service, never in my two previous centers had other people assisted me, before the doctor and in this case the future doctor and an assistant, it seemed like two more doctors taking all the parameters, then the doctor, good analysis measuring everything, even an ear wash and electrogram, I left that day. Laboratory day, the person in the laboratory was excellent, I didn't even feel when he gave me the water. The third day, today, again the weight and tension, then brief questions about status and condition, to go to the doctor, where he read the good things and the points of attention that I should focus on in the next three months. I highly recommend them and grateful for the person who recommended it to me and all his staff! Thank you
