It was my first time here and cannot say enough great things about this place and the service. It’s truly the best experience I’ve had visiting the doctor. Everyone from the front desk to the nurse and the doctor herself were wonderful: patient, friendly, and accommodating. Shout out to Clara for going above and beyond to help me be seen within 24 hours as a new patient; the nurse (didn’t catch her name) for letting me step outside to do work and then calling me when the doctor was ready; and Dr. Ana for being so reassuring and kind. (I could keep going). You wouldn’t know it by how it looks on the outside, but this place is an absolute gem of a doctors office. The inside is beautiful and well light with plenty of comfy chairs. They even have a coffee station with (delicious) individually wrapped Madeline’s! The only downside of the place is that there’s virtually no service in the building, so don’t think you’ll be able to do work from the lobby (like I did). Even if they weren’t in network I would likely still come here!

After many years (more than I would like to admit) without a Primary Doctor I decided to go to Lux Medical Center and the experience was amazing. Their staff is really friendly and Dr. Tascheret took the time to go over my medical history to explain anything needed at my age to keep a healthy life style. In addition in their office they have many lab test available which saves a lot of time and headaches for this busy mom. I wish I had taking some picture to post them here, their office so clear, modern and airy. Thanks Dr. Tascheret and the whole Lux Medical team!!!

Lux Medical, Dr Tascheret and the staff, are all so amazing. I'm so grateful that my insurance allows me to have such a caring, professional, knowledgeable doctor who truly cares about my health. From the moment one enters the doors at Lux Medical, someone from the front desk is there to greet you and they do so with such a warm smile. The waiting room along with the rest of the office is so comfortable and exceptionally clean. Dr. Tascheret is by far the best internist I've ever had. If you're looking for a doctor who treats you like a person and not a number, then look no further.

It’s not enough to say how wonderful and amazing they are here. From the attention you get from the front desk to the amazing professionalism of the doctor who’s always eager to understand (he actually listens to you, yes he does!!!!) and help you. Believe it or not, Dr. Gonzalez is the first doctor I have been to. I suppose I've been lucky since I'm 66. Frankly I was a little nervous but Dr. Gonzalez and his entire staff were professional, put me at ease and treated me like a person from the first appointment. They are all friendly, willing to listen and they always answer the phone! The offices and exam rooms are spotlessly clean and obviously 100% sanitary. I ran into this place on my daily walk and asked for an appointment on-line. I was called by Clara within 24 hours and the details of the appointment worked out. Although I've only been going here for almost two months, I feel very comfortable going and as I said, all the staff treats you like family. Most important, Dr. Gonzalez is patiently treating my hypertension to get the right balance of medicine and dosage.

A friend referred me here and i am sure glad I came .Everyone was very nice and helpful with no waiting for an hour after my appointment time like other offices. The doctor was through and spent time with me covering my concerns and helped me understand what was going on and what the best treatment plan for ME. I will recommend this facility to all my friends and contacts for their care.

Dr.. Ana is amazing she is so attentive and knows how to treat her patients. I refer her to anyone with Humana insurance.

Lux Medical, Dr Tascheret And the entire staff are amazing. I cannot say enough on how professional, knowledgeable, and attentive the doctor and staff are.
