When we were checking for some great hotels at Beverly Hills area this one came to our attention, we decided to go for it and since the very beginning everything was smooth and over quality, room was perfectly cleaned, Valet Parking is an easy going process and not to forget the in room service. Speaking about the Restaurant: We tried some different ones in the area but we got surprised when we tasted the one in site. Dinner had a Very good taste and also perfect size on plates. We want to make an special mention on WALT he is that kind of guys that works his best to make your time at the restaurant the Best. Thank you again Walt for always go above and beyond with your customer’s experience.

Staying at the hotel as we speak. Don’t let the pictures fool you, the rooms look nothing like this anymore. The hotel is run down and tired. The carpet in my room is sticky, I can’t bring myself to walk on it with my socks let alone bare foot, I have to make sure I put slippers on and sofas are full of stains and look unhygienic. Everything is outdated and kinda falling apart. Corners of walls in the room are peeling off and much more. Breakfast is on the simple side. My cafe latte that i paid extra for was just the house free coffee with a bit of milk thrown in on top. Major disappointment and absolutely not worth the money. The only good thing is the room size.

My partner and I stayed two nights at the London West Hollywood this week on our trip from London to LA. We were very excited to indulge in a little 5-star luxury, however very unfortunately came away underwhelmed and disappointed. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable and the bathroom is indeed impressive, however overall service and atmosphere was really lacking. For the hefty price paid we definitely expected more. For example, at check out the lady didn't even look up from her screen, let alone ask how our stay was. Basic requests like having more milk for tea in our room seemed to inconvenience a second lady. I noticed a lot of guests stayed at the hotel on business and I wondered if this is why the service felt cold with little to no acknowledgment of the fact some people are there on vacation, having saved up a lot of money for the privilege. Parting with this sum of money is not a light touch for everyone. Breakfast was simple but very tasty- big shout out to staff member Ashley who always went out of her way to greet us and was consistently kind and attentive. No request felt too large. Final thing to add is that unfortunately we couldn't make any use of the rooftop pool and bar due to very disappointing weather- obviously not the hotel's fault but again, for the price I would have expected at least a sauna or steam room as another option for a cloudy/rainy day. Overall a nice stay but would not part with such money again for the lacking service.

Oh what an incredible one-week stay we had here at the London West Hollywood! We had the Vista Suite and it was super comfortable, spacious bathroom (the best) and a cute balcony overlooking the mansions on the hills. Service was spectacular. Could have done with a variation of breakfast as it was the same throughout our 7 day stay. Other than this, absolutely love the property and would be back in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay at The London Hotel. The valet team, bellman, and front desk were all very attentive. The Hotel was very clean and we enjoyed our stay here. My wife likes to stay where we have a restaurant available, especially after a long day out site-seeing. We took advantage of it three times during our stay. Our room was a good size and very comfortable for our family. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel that is pretty close to all of the places that we wanted to visit during our stay. We will definitely return on our next visit to Los Angeles.

In general, this is such a great hotel! The staff is so amazing and the rooms are beautiful. I stayed at the penthouse, and it was such a delight to have a beautiful view of LA. The food here is great and not only that, but everything is definitely high-quality here. I love how the staff is able to just give me answers or make sure that I’m taken care of no matter what time of the day. I would definitely recommend people to host an event here or a stay at this hotel. It is one of the most beautiful and lovely hotels in West Hollywood. The valet service is great as well and you can appreciate that with not having to park your own car or find parking here. The location is also central to everything that you need, which is wonderful if you are looking for some thing that is local with lots of choices on places to go and enjoy your time for food or entertainment 💜💜✨

My husband and I recently had a brief stay at The London West Hollywood as we attended an event at The Grove LA. With our expectations set on 5-star accommodations, we selected The London due to its high ranking and convenient proximity to the places we planned to visit in LA. One aspect that truly stood out during our stay was the friendly and helpful staff. Their service was exceptional. However, our experience with the Chelsea Suite, which we had booked, left us extremely disappointed. The room felt dated, with visible signs of wear and tear such as peeling carpet, stains on the furniture and walls. It did not give off a sense of cleanliness. Despite reading about the hotel's renovations online, we did not witness any improvements in the room or the furnishings within the hotel, such as the dining room furniture in the first-floor restaurant. While we had hoped to have a wonderful experience at The London, the less than ideal accommodations prevented us from fully enjoying our stay. However, we appreciated the kind and attentive service the staff provided and the complimentary breakfast buffet offered. As much as we had looked forward to enjoying our time at The London, we're uncertain about returning anytime soon. However, we hope they prioritize room renovations for an enhanced guest experience.

They messed up our room at first and they made incredible effort to correct it. Absolutely love the staff, the breakfast, the gift shop and the location. What an incredible place and experience. I cannot express the amazing experience with everyone. The pool, the bartender! Everything was A+++++ service. We love you guys and will be back soon!

Called guest services to talk to Rene, and she was not helpful at all for our booking. We were having troubles booking on the website. We asked her some questions and she made it seem like we were giving her a hard time with this - then we asked her to hold on the phone so we can try the promo code she had given to us to try booking online, that way we didn't have to call back. She said "I cannot wait a minute on the phone" - What kind of customer service is this? You are in the customer service industry where your job is to help customers book a room. Nice one Rene!

if it wasn’t for the staff being so nice i think this hotel would be out of business. rooms are disgusting so old, bathrooms don’t seem like they ever get cleaned. shower heads are so dirty i wanted to throw up. can hear every door closing or footstep above you. curtains don’t close all the way so be prepared to be woken up by bright sun shining directly at the bed. not to mention the jumanji sized spider my bf killed right outside our door. thanks but no thanks. way better hotels on sunset strip for the same price.

Such a beautiful property. The rooftop pool alone makes it worth every dollar. But the showers in the room are also incredible. Hands down best rain shower you’ll ever experience. My only complaint was that on several occasions it took an hour or more to get a bucket of ice to our room. It eventually got there but seems odd that it’d take so long. Just tell me where to get it and I’ll pick it up. Or make ice machines available to guests.

Just finished a stay here. Have been to many different hotels. This was the probably the best experience I've had at one across the board. Everyone was so kind, so helpful, and so accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious. The front desk always took care of our needs very quickly. Housekeeping came every day so the room was kept immaculate during our stay. The valet was extremely fast and again, very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent. Room service was fast and easy. All the staff took care of anything and everything we could have possibly needed. The location made getting to all the attractions very easy. It's just a few feet from Sunset Blvd and a number of restaurants. The rooftop pool area was amazing. Can't really say enough good things about it. This would be the only place I would stay if I returned to LA.

This is the place we stay whenever we visit LA. The main reason for it has been the amazing staff. The rooms are great in size with big bathrooms. Amazing views from the roof top pool/bar. The food we have tried at the rooftop were all delicious. We keep going back because of the exceptional service we have received. Looking forward to our next stay.

We usually stay at another hotel nearby, but my wife decided that we should try another spot and upgrade for mother's day weekend. This hotel is definitely nicer and our room had incredible 180 views from the balcony, from downtown LA and to the west. Room was clean and the bathroom was quite large. All of this and a pretty healthy breakfast buffet, but the dining room is quite surprising with the stained chairs and foggy windows. For a hotel that is nice, this was a surprise. We never had dinner there because we didn't want to sit in that space. We will likely go back on occasion because of the rooms and the rooftop pool (quite nice too), but disappointed with the dining experience.

This hotel provides a wonderful experience to my trip. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The hillside view through the patio was terrific. The best thing is that you can enjoy the night of Beverly by the pool on the top of the hotel. The food and drinks are at the standard. Every crew is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a stay here.

I’m writing this review to give five stars to the valet staff here. They were all excellent and very caring of my car. They also understood my concerns with the driveway (it is very steep) and allowed my car to stay parked up top instead of parking it in their underground garage. Valet parking is your only parking option from the hotel.

We arrived after a long flight from Australia and we were made to feel at home immediately. The rooms were great and the beds were very comfortable.Customer service was excellent- Kansas was a standout and very helpful at the front desk. The continental breakfast was very good. We though the $25 credit for not making up the room was an excellent idea. Would stay again.

Beautiful hotel, pool, and the breakfast that was included was great. But our room did not meet our expectations. We ended up on the 2nd floor with a wall as our view and very dark. We asked for an alternative room based on what we booked. As all the details and pictures showed a room with a balcony viewing the city. They said they were sold out although we doubt it as the hotel was not busy. Our other issue was with the beds and pillows were not comfortable at all. We did not have a good night sleep the whole time we were there. I wouldn't recommend or be coming back for that reason

My stay at The London Hotel was delightful, with excellent service from the front desk staff to the friendly bartender at the lobby bar. I enjoyed a delicious skirt steak with onion rings at the bar, and I highly recommend it. Both the restaurant/bar manager and the two bartenders were charming companions as I waited for my friend to arrive. The rooms were spacious and elegantly decorated. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here, and I plan to return in the future.

Overall very nice hotel, amazing staff that are very attentive. Even the doormen are really nice, the rooms are very spacious! The only downfall would probably be the breakfast, it could be a little more diverse and they could provide more options. However, the stay was really wonderful.

  • 5/5 Ronen M. 2 years ago on Google
The staff is incredibly courteous and professional. The check-in process was easy and quick. And the rooms were very spacious with a huge beautiful bathroom, plenty of seating area, a balcony over the city, and a super comfortable bed. Comfortable bed. The food options were great and everyone we dealt with was amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We stayed in one of the suites on the 9th floor, and it was such a relaxing stay. The mini bar was well stocked. The bath tub was gigantic. My boyfriend and I can comfortably lay in the bathtub together. We love how there are two separate shower heads. The true star of the show would be the bed. The mattress, duvet, and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and we got such a good night of sleep. I even asked the hotel where we got them when checking out.

Stayed here a few times. About a week each time. Staff was accommodating and friendly. I asked for a refrigerator and they immediately put one in my room and made my stay Awesome. The front desk manager is a gem.

Beautiful stay at the London Hotel, Friendly and helpful front desk, check in was easy and quick. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. The bed was amazingly comfortable, pointing towards the view that at night was just magical. Ordered dinner in the room, was fast prepared, delicious and the server that brought it inside was friendly and kind. Recommend it 100% Defiantly coming back!

This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk check in was beyond smooth. I forget the persons name but he was amazing. The room is stunning. Bathroom is beyond luxurious. Pool is excellent. Breakfast is so good! We had Mariah as our sever. She was great. Love the service, amenities, and cleanliness of this hotel. 10/10. Can’t wait to come back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the London West Hollywood Hotel in Beverly Hills for over a week, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality by the staff, which set the tone for our entire stay. The level of friendliness exhibited by the hotel staff was truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. From providing helpful recommendations for local attractions to assisting with any inquiries we had, their attentiveness made us feel valued and well taken care of. One of the most delightful surprises during our stay was when the staff learned that my wife and I were celebrating our birthdays. Early in the morning on our special days, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a thoughtful gift of wine and delicious cakes, accompanied by a heartfelt card. It was a wonderful gesture that made us feel incredibly special and added an extra touch of magic to our stay. The London West Hollywood Hotel exudes an elegant and sophisticated ambiance that perfectly captures the essence of West Hollywood. The rooms were tastefully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean, providing a luxurious retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our accommodation, from the plush bedding to the modern amenities. The location of the hotel was ideal for those looking to experience the vibrant energy of West Hollywood. With its proximity to popular attractions and renowned restaurants, we found ourselves immersed in the heart of the city's cultural and entertainment scene. Yet, despite its central location, the hotel provided a tranquil oasis, allowing us to relax and unwind after a day of excitement. In addition to the exceptional service and comfortable accommodations, the hotel boasted an array of impressive amenities. Unfortunately, the weather does not allow us to take advantage of the rooftop pool, which offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. the fitness center was well-equipped and maintained. The hotel's dining options also exceeded our expectations, with delicious cuisine and a wide selection of beverages to satisfy even the most discerning palate. In conclusion, I highly recommend the London West Hollywood Hotel to anyone seeking a remarkable stay in West Hollywood. The exceptional friendliness of the staff, coupled with the unforgettable surprise on our birthdays, made our experience truly memorable. Whether you're visiting Los Angeles for business or leisure, this hotel is a haven of luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality. I look forward to returning to this remarkable establishment in the future. Thank you, London West Hollywood Hotel, for making our stay truly exceptional!

I CANNOT rave enough about The London. Obsessed is an understatement. Secret Garden meets chic & edgy, the hotel expands room by room as you realize there’s more beauty behind each door. The lobby, breakfast, Tea Time, rooftop pool, our room, EVERYTHING was absolutely INCREDIBLE. To the front desk, management, waiters, bartenders, cleaners, valet: WELL F*CKING DONE. If there weren’t already 100 reasons to come back, we’d come back just for you all. The level of service at The London is impeccable, and we were always treated with the utmost respect & kindness. THIS is what every hotel should be like. If I could give 100 stars I would. Know that we appreciate everyone at The London, have met so many amazing people there, and look forward to staying again soon (don’t worry we’ll go ahead and book an extra night next time instead of checking out then deciding to turn around & check right back in🤣)! A HUGE thank you to everyone at The London, we love you all & will see you again soon!🤍

The London West Hollywood Hotel is fantastic! It feels like you have taken a step back in time, when service was a hotels top priority to the guests. We flew in from the east coast, arrived early and our room was ready for us. The room was quite generous in size (and it seems this is the norm). Two very comfortable beds, amply spaced apart from one another giving myself and my daughter our own space. The room had a balcony you could easily access and sit out on. The bathroom is simply perfect! Perfectly appointed and the shower (and shower pressure) is just wow! We spent time in the lovely pool area and it had plenty of chairs, towels, and staff who asked if we wanted food or drink. Breakfast was included in our room rate and it contained everything one could want. The dining room was beautifully laid out and extremely comfortable to dine and converse. Everyone we interacted with (Valet, luggage, front desk, pool, breakfast) were professional and kind, providing top level service it simply (IMO) is hard to find these days.

Stayed in one of the Premiere Suites, and the room was beautiful. It was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The toiletries provided were also nice. The balconies were great places to sit with a cup of coffee and take in the view of West Hollywood/LA. Showers are lovely, but they are not fully covered (by design), so be careful of any water on the floor when finished with your shower.

There’s a reason I always come back here when staying in the area- the location, rooms, food, and staff are always top notch! Looking forward to returning soon! One star down for having an antiquated automatic mini bar. I would suggest to the ownership to adopt this attitude: “Let guests have what they like, and if they can replace it at their cost- great, thank you!”. Overly inflated charges from imperfect, auto generated software linking a refrigerator to a room, hence card no., should not be the default system anymore.

Amazing rooms, breakfast and fitness. Always one of “go-to” hotels when visiting LA. One block from Sunset for nightlife, well appointed rooms and hotel location secluded enough for work/rest. Highly recommend!

The London was lovely. The location, view and room exceeded our expectations. But most of all Kansas who works the front desk made out experience outstanding. He out did himself and we will return because of his exceptional service.

Great place. Excellent burger by the pool. Excellent breakfast. Swanky, I am a millioaire for the day. Rooms are large and have a balcony with luxury bathrooms. Bring your misses here, she will feel great and thank you for being a solid, classy dude in Los Angeles.

My son and I stayed a few months ago and I will be returning next month. Cannot say enough positive things about our experiences at the London West Hollywood. The room, service, and food was 5 out of 5. Many thanks to Deborah and Wayne for being a big part of our very pleasant stay -- people like these treat their work more like a calling than a job and make the experience that much richer.

The hotel is definitely a vibe. I'm loving it! New to LA so the location threw me off, but the views from my 1bdrm king suite are spectacular. The rooftop is a great place to sun bath.

My stay at The London was amazing! I really enjoyed the food but whoever answers the phone for in room dining always sounds annoyed and wants to get off the phone before i can even finish my order. On top of that half of the time they always miss something either a side of ranch or the bucket of ice. Besides that i really loved everything about the London, the entrance, the showers especially the pool with the rooftop view! but the house keeper was amazing! Thank You a million times to the Chilean lady Joanna for making my room PERFECT EVERYDAY! Also want to Thank You Joanna for not forgetting my water bottles like the other house keepers on your days off. Other than that i enjoyed my stay at The London thank you.
