Creoles is a gem of a restaurant on the west side of the West End. I got a recommendation from a local to try the place, I was looking for a casual restaurant. Creoles certainly exceeded my expectations. First of all, the owner, Dola, is an awesome lady who puts her heart and soul this place, the restaurant is put together tastefully. I tried the baked chicken , HUGE PORTIONS even by American standards, and very reasonably priced. The food is like mama’s home cooking, (not that greasy over seasoned restaurant stuff you get everywhere ). The tables in the garden are fantastic, overlooking the ocean, try to be there around sunset , makes for a memorable romantic dinner 😉 I particularly liked the variety of the salsas. I had the baked chicken with garlic yuca and the rice and beans, so much heavenly food. On my next trip I’m definitely going back to Creole

Most delicious chicken and sides, able to share the whole chicken dinner with group of 4. Highly recommend if you are in West End and looking for a low key dinner spot. Key Pie = HEAVEN. Edit - so good, had to come back the following night for another slice of the best key lime pie in the world.

Our best meal in Roatan. I asked our tour guide from Cleve’s Tours where HER favorite place to eat was and she said Creoles, without a doubt, so we had to try it. What a pleasant surprise! My wife and I both had the curry chicken plate and WOW! Flavor explosion! We also loved the homemade pickled beets and sauces. You’ll want to lick the plate clean, but save room for desert as she has several amazing options. We ate the coffee tres leches cake there, and took home a coconut cream pie and peanut butter chocolate banana bread for later. OMG. Delicious. Friendly owner and cute doggies keep you company. My tummy is rumbling just thinking about it. Can’t wait to return.

Good portions, chicken was moist and flavorful. Ordered the red beans and rice and yuca as sides, plus the Israeli couscous as an add on. Hearty, satisfying, but nothing fancy. Note all seating is outside (covered), so bring your mosquito repellant. The wild cats like to hang out here, probably to watch the birds in the huge cage like we were.

After being mostly disappointed with the food in the island, this is one of a handful of places that deserve a review. The side dishes were all good, fresh and delicious. The curry chicken was great, deserts were great and the prices were very reasonable. If you're going to over pay for a burger or tacos that are not even authentic in other restaurants , better come here and enjoy a delicious meal!

We went here one night because another plane we wanted to go to was closed and this was the other recommendations that was given. We were able to sit wherever we wanted upon arrival. I decided on the 1/2 chicken with coconut rice and beans and coleslaw. The food was tasty but it wasn't as hot as I like. The chicken definitely could have used a bit more seasoning. My daughter got curried chicken with yellow rice and a pasta salad she said she really liked it. We both got lemonade as our beverage I got a piece of rum cake and my daughter got a brownie to go. The price for everything was a really good deal. Very affordable for good portion size. My only complaint is that they allow dogs to walk around the restaurant while you're eating. I noticed on the island it's very common for dogs to be in establishments, but I was really annoyed by that. It's very unsanitary and annoying for a dog to be sitting by your table as you eat. Some people like it and were fine and even petting the dog while they sat at their table. But I really didn't like it at all.

The food was delicious, the price was right for the quality and quantity. The coconut pie was so good.

Creoles is a must when we visit the island in West End. And the food never disappoints. The owner/operator makes you feel like your having dinner at a friends house who really knows how to cook. Its very low key with outdoor garden seating. You won't be disappointed with anything on the menu. I'm a big fan of her chicken. The homemade drinks are just what you need to beat the heat.

Really good and tasty chicken and sides for a good price! Speedy service First time I went they had ran out of chicken though, and the quesadillas definitely aren't as good

Creoles Rotisserie Chicken is one of my top 3 favorite food places on Roatan Island. The food is delicious, the staff are always friendly, the restaurant has a great ambiance, and it's always busy but never too crowded. Creoles is a great example of a traditional food joint... One of the best casual restaurant dining in Roatan Island. Fair Price, Delicious Taste! I can't recommend this place enough!

Creole rotisserie has been one of my favorites for 15 years. We tend to do the family meal To go, which is a great deal. The sides are always amazing, best marmahon pasta I have ever had. The hot sauce is amazing, I have tried to recreate it with no avail. And if you have room, the deserts are always amazing. Some of the best key lime the island has to offer.

If you are on the island this is a MUST to visit. We are staying up in Palmetto Bay and have a car and have had a lot of lack luster food thus far especially with me being gluten free. This food was delicious, an insane value, and an amazing view from the porch. I had the rotisserie chicken with sides and we shared the plantain nachos. My husband had the fish nachos on homemade corn tortillas. And the limeade was perfect - a hint of ginger and not overly sweet. We may or may not have eaten half the jar of homemade hot sauce on the table…We will likely be back again before we leave!

Closed early unexpectedly on Friday. Saturday, out of chicken at dinner time. Sunday never managed to open at all. If you happen to walk by on a day that they have food, it might be worth a try, but I would not recommend making plans to go here.

Delicious chicken and side dishes (coconut rice & beans, garlic yuca)! Also they take credit card without any surcharge.

👍👍 Not just chocolate! They now do breakfast... and lunchtime Indian Food specials at great prices (might have bought the entire Indian Food menu to take home on the ferry to Utila -- was not disappointed, will do it again). Many reasons to stop by. Conveniently located on the main strip in West End...

👍 Restaurant is right on the beach. It also has a view of the beach and a grocery store on the lower level. The food was ok. The rice and chicken could have used a little more seasoning.
