An
eatery
serving
wonderfully
fresh
seafood
and
vegetables.
Located
in
a
wet
market
without
AC,
it's
advisable
to
go
there
only
in
the
cooler
months.
The
atmosphere
is
definitely
"casual",
just
remember
that
you
are
here
for
the
food!
And
what
food
it
is!
We
had
a
great
Green
Salad,
Fish
Head
Soup,
Fried
Oysters,
and
a
small
Steam
Grouper.
Everything
is
just
superbly
cook
and
delicious.
Too
bad
Hong
Kong
is
in
the
shape
it's
in
today,
wonder
when
I
can
get
back
to
taste
this
food
again...
Oh,
forgot
in
include
an
amusing
thing
about
this
restaurant:
We
ordered
a
large
bottle
of
the
local
San
Miguel
beer
to
go
with
the
food.
The
waiter
arrived
at
the
table
with
the
bottle
and
2
rice
bowls,
pouring
the
beer
into
the
rice
bowls
and
serving
it
to
us.
We
poured
out
the
water
in
our
glasses
and
poured
the
been
into
the
glasses.
When
we
had
almost
emptied
our
glasses,
the
waiter
came
over
and
pour
the
rest
of
the
beer
back
into
the
rice
bowls
and
added
extra
beer
from
the
bottle
into
the
rice
bowls
and
again
served
it
to
us.
I
guess
drinking
beer
from
a
rice
bowl
allows
you
to
quaff
more
freely,
and
is
a
local
custom
at
this
restaurant.
So
we
left
the
beer
in
the
rice
bowls
for
the
rest
of
the
evening!
