I really love the coffee from arabica, it's always prepared to perfection, the baristas here are super talented and really know how to prepare coffee! The store itself in the ifc mall is very well presented and extremely clean, I love the consistent branding throughout the store and enjoy that they sell their own merchandise including reusable mugs, bags and takeaway cups ☺ they roast their own coffee beans here and it's really nice to be able to see the process and the care given to serve you a great cup of coffee. They have 3 different plant milks available here almond, oat and soy which is great! I usually get an oatly iced latte! When ordering you get to choose which blend of coffee youd like, blend or single origin, I believe single origin is the more premium between the two and that is based on price only. The service here is fast. The latte art is on point and something to be admired!

8/31/21 9:20AM The attitude of your cashier turns people off, and NONE OF the staff smile, the shop is either paying them very poorly or they are just not happy working there. I couldn’t find a trash can around to throw away the sugar packet, so i left it on the counter. Surely the lady at the cash register saw me looking around for trash can, she leaned over closely to my face and spoke to me in Cantonese while gesturing me to take the trash to the trash can that’s behind me. The vibe and attitude is just very negative. If you’re going to open a shop in posh IFC, at least hire someone who has proper manner and smile a little bit… sorry I thinks % Arabica in IFC is another wanna-be-cool and lack of basic training coffee place.

Lovely. Pros: - awesome coffee. - awesome latte art. - good location. Cons: - only has one small bench to sit. - bit pricey.

Love the range of coffee they offer and great taste. Get to choose for single origin and blend grain for each type of coffee. They sell a huge range of coffee beans to take home and enjoy, I love the Japanese Blend which is strong just the way I like it. Service is really good here, on my 1st visit I accidentally spilled my coffee on their counter as I didn’t notice the huge crack between their glass cabinet and bench top. Their staff offered to refill my cup☺️ which I didn’t accept as I felt there was still 2/3 of the cup left and it was my own stupidity. But such a nice thought and offer! They also explain in detail how to store their beans and let you know not to grind the beans for 3 days after roasting. Expect to wait in a queue during busy weekend peak hours. Well worth the wait though.

Great coffee for quick takeaway. Always with long queue but serving time is acceptable. Coffee equipments and interior decoration are awesome with minimalist concept. Coffee beans are freshly toasted and brewed in house.

Excellent coffee as per %Arabica standards, but this branch is take away only. Handy if you're taking the Lamma Island ferry since it's at the ifc exit adjacent to the pedestrian bridge.

% Arabica started in Kyoto, Japan in 2014 and made its way here to Hong Kong a few years back. They now have a handful of coffee shops around HK Island and Kowloon including this place at the entrance to the IFC mall from the northern walkway leading to the ferry piers. The shops are clean, smart and they serve up pretty good coffee. Opening hours are 8am to 9pm daily. I stop here for espresso from time to time. They are pretty good, medium body and boldness, not too bitter and nice flavour, a good pick-me-up before making way to the ferry piers or when arriving back in Central. There are only a couple wall seats here and at times you'll find a queue, especially on weekends. Queue usually moves at a good speed, just give them a few minutes and their have your coffee(s) ready.

It was my first visit here and I have to say that I had the best coffee here. I took Dark latte and tark and believe me the combination was mouth watering, staffs are very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place for coffee lovers.

Very consistent coffee no matter which country you’re in! Been here twice this trip and the coffee always hits the spot! Good quality and professional baristas. We got the iced latte with oat milk, tasted very creamy and perfectly balanced with their strong coffee. They also have a bunch of merch and beans you can buy as gifts. We got a bag of beans to take with us back! Prices very reasonably too. Located in IFC mall, this place gets a little busy during lunch and rush hours, but we managed to get our coffee in less than 10mins. See you soon again Arabica %!

Loved the coffee from %Arabica at IFC. The coffee intensity and smoothness hit the spot. Constantly return to this branch for their coffee.

Excellent coffee. My favorite is their Spanish Latte. When it gets crowded, people don’t know where to queue because customers ignore the queue stands. Some clients who already ordered will crowd around the queue. Either a staff member should be doing crowd control, or they need to improve their layout of their queue stands.

Nice place. Good coffee, but my choice is blue bottle.

I ordered a single shot espresso. The taste had citrucy elements and even a hint of caramel. It was roasted almost perfectly well for espresso. Very very good job. I would suggest using porcelain cups for the espresso lovers, but still exceptional. Very polite personel. Thank you very much for the experience.

First time I tried the Spanish latte, it is good! The difference of Spanish latte and normal latte is applying condensed milk! The coffee is so creamy with nice aroma, and the temperature is just right. With the mild sweetness of condensed milk, it is smooth and really tasty!

Tasty coffee, fast service, nice set up, high prices. Caffe latte short and iced latte are really well done. The house blend has a rich malty flavor and is always a good choice.

% Arabica was a success at TST Star Ferry. Now you can also get the Signature Matcha Latte on the other side of the harbour at IFC. They are located where Garrett Popcorn used to be so it a good grab and go location. Tried a coffee and tea. Strangely the matcha was pricier as it was one of the signature drinks. I admit it was really good as it was not grassy and the milk they used was fresh which really helped. The coffee was strong which is needed as every sip was powerful. To conclude I still liked the matcha more as it was natrual and not sweet.

Was lacking caffeine after a few hours of walking around IFC. Saw this place and wanted to give it a try. Ordered the Spanish Latte and Wow! this is what i needed to boost me up. The Spanish Latte is made with condense milk and this definitely hit the spot.

Always long queue during office lunch hours, but not finding the cappuccino that impressive, quite average overall. Pretty efficient execution though.

Loved their coffee and their brand. The queue and the place not so much. Go here for a proper coffee, however if you are from Sydney, like myself, be prepared to pay double the usual coffee price.

Certainly good coffee but nowhere to sit down & for some reason I find the vibe kinda unfriendly hipster / you're not cool enough to drink our coffee. Yawn.

👍👍 Milk Tea is the Real Deal Honest unbiased opinion from Canadian-born Asian Guy This is basically an older Hong Kong style cafe and for comparison it’d be like an American diner. So you have to come in with reasonable expectations. It’s by no means fine dining or the prettiest of places but you wil...

👍 Adding a lit of good luck? 😂 As a frequenter of the chain, I was left in utter shock when I opened the box of steamed pork buns yesterday. Must be luck at its apogee. 👍👍 This review is purely based on their egg tarts. Being situated in wanchai and surrounded by so many other eateries (Kams, Joy Hing, etc) this was the perfect walk by/takeaway place.
