    Definitely 100% Legit and Honest. Will not do any long distance transactions with no other jeweler. Always has the deals and always coming through. Stop searching for other jewelers let Karat Kai be your 1 and only one stop shop. Will be MY go to and will 100% recommend others to them, even in the mainland. Thanks Kai you the best!

    Excellent customer service, super fast (insured) shipping - also with the option to pick up, & best of all AMAZING price!!! Super happy with our purchase for my daughter. Referred a couple of friends/family already & for sure will be a return customer in the future. 🤙🏻

    Kai made sure I was comfortable with the purchase of my 7mm rope chain. He answered all my questions regarding the piece and went above and beyond to make sure the purchase was spot on.     I have bought 2 chains and a pendant from Kai. Fast, reliable, and legit/quality products. Transactions were easy and secure and chains were delivered on time. I have also sold jewelry to Kai. He met with me right away. Kai gave me a fair and honest quote through messaging and then when we met in person he evaluated my items and stuck to his prices.     I've made a few purchases from Karat Kai. These guys have a wide selection of products and are constantly updating their inventory. They respond quickly, always very informative and provide great customer service. Also they provide insured shipping to the mainland. Best competive prices around!
