Poor management. We were there half an hour early to check in and owner and manager was half an hour late. Come to find out the manager gave our room to someone else. Waited another hour. Then they promised us parking but the manager took away my gate remote to someone else. Couldn't get to my car because the manager took my gate remote. I asked for clean towels and a room cleaning only to get towels 4 days later. Constant drug use outside. Last day of my trip, cops came and busted the hotel management. Dont go to this hotel if you want a good vacation.

The room that we got was terrible. We only stayed for a few hours and did an early checkout as we could not stand the musty odor in the room. We also felt itchy after lying down on the bed. Looking closely, we saw what looks like blood stains on the bed cover and yellowish stains on the sheets and pillows. Obviously they did not change the linens nor cleaned them. Looking underneath the bed, we saw a lot of dirt and trash. It seems like housekeeper did a lazy job just vacuuming the exposed areas and ignoring the areas under the furniture. The drapes have stains too. The lampshade was missing the switch and we could not turn it on. We hope management can do a fix on these issues as they have a good location In Waikiki and very competitive rate.

You get what you pay for. Discount motel in Waikiki worked great for us. Friendly and accommodating staff, no bugs, a bed. Not the cleanest place but we had hot showers and a lanai. If you're spending a lot of time in your room you're doing Hawaii wrong.

We stayed in 1/2018. Manager was very accomodating, Hawaii style, nice. Cons: The condo could use major renovation. Mattress very old and dirty if you lift the sheets. Microwave had bugs in it. TV moved to other side of room, cable can not reach. Pro: Has security with cameras. Near kiddy beach within a short walk. Not a hotel room, low value condo to crash in. Would I recommend to others or stay again? I hope I make more $$.

This older hotel has been marvelously refurbished. All new furniture, mattresses, mini-kitchen, floors, fans, counters, full refrigerator and the bathroom is completely rebuilt. Only 2 blocks from Waikiki beach. A steal for the price. Manager very friendly and helpful.

Stayed in the renovated room on the 4th floor, if you're looking for security and peace of mind this place isn't for you. If you like location and price it's worth it. Cons: Couple of downsides we experienced were our room being left ajar after housekeeping changed the towels, the amount of noise generated from the street and surrounding area due to the windows being glass louvers. We didn't have sleepless nights and adjusted, air-conditioning was good and no dramas. Outside of building and adjacent office around the corner don't reflect the room we stayed in. Always seemed the stairwell at the bottom attracted shady looking people and it felt like a drug deal was going down. Minor stocking issues with cups and cutlery was random items. Pros: With all the above mentioned downsides we weren't disappointed and extended our stay to 4 nights, staff were helpful and accommodating, we arrived 8 hours before check in and the desk held onto our bags and had arrangements made so we could check in 2 hours early. There is the best little coffee/ smoothie place 2 doors up that does amazing coffee and Acia bowls and anything pineapple 🤙 in the other direction less than a block up was Waikiki's best Musubi and and another block up was the best fish taco truck we had in our stay. We also enjoyed the short stroll to Moku surf shop who we got surf lessons through and cheap deals to rent surf gear and stand up paddle boards... In conclusion very handy area to be in photos were accurate to booking site. 🤙

The pictures and reviews for orbitz/Expedia are for only specific rooms that seem to be overbooked. The rest of the rooms look like your typical motel6 old beat up run of the mill motel. The back parking lot is used for either selling drugs or tossing dice. Either way, sketch af but if you're not a prude square they are friendly people. Just a lil ghetto :) Good place for a 1 night stay. I wouldn't stay here extended no way

I booked this hotel last minute, and ended up staying for 12 nights. Ideally I didn't want to stay at a big resort, I wanted to do my own thing. I wanted everything to be simple because I was only planning on sleeping in the room, not spending my whole trip in a hotel room. It was perfect distance from the beach and Moku's Surf Shop where we rented boards everyday. It is very close to the International Marketplace and walking distance to really good restaurants. The management is more about the Aloha Experience than anywhere I have stayed before in Hawaii. They were very friendly and understanding. The rooms were clean and pretty modern. The fridge was a lot larger than we thought it was going to be, which allowed us to save money on food. All in all it was a pleasant place to stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to adventure, surf all day, go shopping, visit King's Village or even go on day trips. Thank you!

poorly poor would not recommend anyone checking in .. first off we got there at 10:00pm roughly, we checked in upon going into our room there was a fould smell i believe is weed, we got into the room it was dirty sheets was not change drawers had trash, over all it was nasty. and not only that i was asking for a refund they clearly rejected my request the manager told orbitz company that i did checked in for 2 days which i did not. i wanted to talk to the manager but refuses to answer my call. i paid $400 for 2 nights with a car and cant get a refund . PLEASE DO NOT USE ORBITZ AND DO NOT CHECK IN TO THIS HOTEL THEY ARE FULL OF BS .
