Best sandwich 🥪 n Hawaii, pffffft Earls, gentrification sandwiches, IMO, Stortos is classic pono ono kine hunnid!! Truly feel better once I leave either one of their locations. The humans working there are the salt of the earth, truest and nicest staff. Stortos is one of these places that should be listed as a state treasure maybe even National. Small business with amazing product. The papaya dressing is from heaven I swear it. I talk to the gods all the time and it’s their favorite as well, in heaven. Aloha and mahalo, my Friday Sunset 8” stacked with side of pickles made my day, maybe even the weekend. Just love this spot. And keep Earl’s sloppy loppy loopy poopy ovah in kaka’ako. HahahahahHa Awn Mawmma 🤙

Get delivery or only visit if you're already in walking distance. The sandwiches are huge and very tasty. Hands down, 5 stars. But I drove out here specifically to visit Storto's. I wasn't in the area. I had no idea that the business is essentially on the bottom floor of all of these corporate type buildings and it has no designated parking. It was a hassle driving in and a hassle finding parking and a hassle walking to it. Plus the place is crazy busy being so popular and tasty. So yeah, get delivery.

One of the few deli shops in Honolulu that serves Boar's Head meats, great fixings, and very tasty bread.

Small little sandwich shop located in downtown Honolulu. My sandwich was super fresh and tasted really good. Very clean with no indoor/outdoor seating. For half a sandwich you get a pretty decent amount of food. The sandwich in itself is a meal on its own. Veggies are crisp and fresh as well. They recently raised their prices due to inflation so that’s kind of a bummer but really, the quality of food makes it worth it. Will visit again.

Just gobbled up a veggie with avocado sandwich and loved every bite! Creamy avocado nestled in delicious fresh veggies..... it was my first visit and won't be my last. Mahalo Storto's folks!

Delicious sandwich. Ordered a pastrami on rye with bacon, so good. Also very filling.

I was super excited to finally get a sub from Storto’s—I heard a lot about it and the north shore deli is always packed. I figured their food had to be awesome; however, I was extremely disappointed. I’m an NY’er and know good quality meats and bread. I realized I was probably not going to get a NY/NJ quality sub, which I was fine with, but this wasn’t even close. Pricey for a half (very small) size, a small amount of meat, and the flavor was just not there. Also, oil & vinegar should not mean balsamic vinegar—I’m sorry to say, but I’ve had better subs at Subway or Jersey Mikes. The good thing about this spot—the staff was very friendly. Locals may love it, but for me, the search for a good-quality sub on the islands continues.

Jocko's sub prepared as a salad is my go-to order here. Staff is always friendly and I've never had issues with the food.

I've been a patron of this place since 1990 in Haleiwa, and after a great day at the beach, this place is one of my go-to spots. The staff are friendly and they're great people. They bake their own bread daily. The vegetables are always fresh. I love this place and will go here always. I always get The Jockos.

Awesome handcrafted sandwiches. There is a wait during lunch, but it is so worth the wait. Don't gooey to add papaya seed dressing on your sandwich. Tell them Uncle Dave sent you.

They wrapped my Ahlil for the plane. Absolutely delicious. Finished it with some ice cold fuji Apple. Hawaii Pacific University Move in was very successful.

I was doing a labor job all day and skipped through lunch. Arrived there at 2:56 and as I was about to walk in today, the worker was about to lock the doors saying “sorry we have to close early because we might not have enough bread for tomorrow.” I literally was the last person there and they definitely could have spared 1 piece of bread being that they were closing in 4 minutes. Such a bummer because their sandwiches are good… I’ll probably never go back just because of that type of customer service or comment for closing.

Delicious sandwiches! I ordered delivery and thought I’d try some place I’ve never tried before which was local as well. I read some of the reviews on here that helped me pick which sandwiches to try first. My daughter and I got the Ali’i and Hale’iwa subs. Both we’re loaded with meats and flavor. I was able to customize our vegetables as many as I wanted. My daughter loved it though she only ate the cheese and meat and so did I! It’s also very filling! Highly recommend here. Will try some other sandwiches.

Love this place. Visit regularly for lunch. Great sandwiches with generous fillings and very tasty bread. Included a copy of their menu as of 11/10/2021.

There was a bit of a line ahead of us when we got here, but don't let the line stop you, they fulfill orders very quickly! Their staff was super friendly! The sandwiches are the best!! The 8" sub is huge and loaded with meat! I got the super special Storto. The ingredients were fresh, and delicious! I absolutely recommend everyone try this place, great experience! 100% will go back often!

Love Stortos, but it would be nice if they were open til 3 like their hours say after I made a special trip. 2:20, door locked. 😪

better than subway! location is on the heart of downtown Honolulu so its a great place to go for lunch. hours are only from 10am - 4pm and its not a dine inn. you'll have to pick up and go. so I would recommend to call in your order. also you should try their papaya seed sauce which is a nice touch for your sandwich. it give it a nice wow to your taste buds!

Knock your socks off good. Fairly priced, with fresh veggies and bread. It's just as good as a real sub/hoagie. Hole in the wall I can't wait to visit again... This is a real jem
