The food is good here but the actual restaurant is dirty dirty dirty!!! First off it’s right across from the beach and lots of homeless people come in here. The odor can be very nauseating especially when mixed with the smell of urine. The tables are all dirty as well, there is nobody cleaning the floors or tabletops, there are pigeons inside the place as well flying all over the place and waiting for your food. The garbage cans were full and overflowing as well. Bring some hand sanitizer after using the touch screen non functional ordering kiosks as well.

This isn't your typical McDonald's. This place is located at Waikea Beach.  So, there is a lot of foot traffic.  It can get very busy here.  There are signs all over asking you to limit your stay to 30 minutes. I've seen the line to order going front the order window to outside the door. But, there are kiosks available to order from. Food consistent with one expects from this chain. Nice Hawaiian music playing throughout the day on their sound system.  Don't be surprised to see a surfer standing in line with his surfboard. Don't be surprised to find a pigeon or two picking up your crumbs off the floor while you're dining inside.

I understand this is a very busy location but each time we have bee there there were no pies and in a 2WEEK PERIOD NO ICE CREAM SHAKES ETC, In my opinion this is unacceptable! We ordered the limited time offer of McCrispy ranch sandwiches the chicken was over deep fried and almost un edible , finally kiosks were out of order except one and only one cashier. very disappointing, love McDonnalds.

With respect to the other McDs on Waikiki and across the planet, this McDonald’s is probably the best one — mostly due to the lanai view of Waikiki Beach, Is it busy always? Yes. Is it more expensive than the mainland? Of course. Does a particular Google Reviews user bring Kirkland pre-boiled eggs to save $4 on breakfast? Maybe. But you get free refills here and the service is on point and friendly, considering it’s probably the busiest McDonald’s you will ever go to.

Breakfast specials are good. The sausage burrito and sausage McMuffins with eggs are freshly cooked. Been wanting to try their spam eggs and rice but during our visit their rice cooker isn’t working so there’s no rice meal for breakfast. But the associates are friendly and nice.

A simple and cheap solution in this expensive zone near Waikiki beach. It is a classic McDonald's, but this place offers probably the cheapest food here. There are always a lot of people, but you get your food quickly, there are self kiosks and plenty of seating. It is close to the beach, so a very convenient option.

Service is pleasant, and the place is generally clean. Its like most American macers, but their is no restroom, and you do get the odd homeless person here and their come in for a refill at the drink machine. I had a custom big Mac, and i have no complaints. It was perfect

This place was serving good quality breakfast items at good prices. The speed of service was good but not the usual experience I have which is super fast. However it was a popular time of day. There were spaces available although many people didn’t clean up after themselves so you had to do this yourself. It’s located right on the beach front, easy to find, and the staff are super friendly.
