Our day on the water with Waikiki Catamaran Charters and Captain Jonathan was the highlight of our trip and might just be a new family tradition! Friends of ours had done the Whale Watching tour and were raving about it so we decided to check it out during our visit. We contacted Captain Jonathan and he was so friendly and accommodating. He mentioned that we had just missed Whale Watching season, but gave us a great deal on a Snorkel Tour and Sunset Sail combo with a private chef. We took the whole family and some friends that live in Honolulu and sailed along the coast of Waikiki and Diamond Head. None of us had much experience with a snorkel, but Captain Jonathan anchored us right over some amazing reef structure and his first mate had the whole family in the water in no time! It was amazing! Half of us were swimming around with the fish, turtles and DOLPHINS and the other half were just jumping off the boat doing cannonballs! We had so much fun. Topped it off with an amazing meal, a lovely sunset and more pictures than we could handle! Hands down the best day of our trip! Highly recommended and we’ll definitely be back!

I had such an exhilarating experience with Waikiki Catamaran Charters! The boat itself is so beautiful and clean; it has everything you need for a fun and relaxing time out on the water. My highlight was snorkeling in the crystal clear waters off of Waikiki, the city skyline and Diamond Head crater to my left and the gorgeous sunset to my right. The captain and crew of this boat were so friendly and helpful, which made the entire experience even more amazing! Thank you so much, Captain Jonathan and crew, for an incredibly experience!

My friend had her birthday on their charter. It turned out to be above and beyond what we expected! They were the most amazing hosts and created a one of a kind experience for everyone. I’ve been on many different catamaran cruises, but this one...by far is the best and exceeded all my expectations!!! Inexpensive.. over quality and recommended 1000%! For sure, no joke- book with this place, you won’t regret it.

We spent the day on a private charter to Maui for whale watching. We had an absolutely perfect experience! We saw so many whales and were able to spend time watching them in their natural environment. We even saw calves that appeared to be just a day or two old. The captain and crew were wonderful and we really felt like they went out of their way to give us a great experience. We definitely recommend them and hope to go again soon. After this, I cannot imagine going out with anyone else!

We had an amazing experience with Captain Jonathan and his crew. We were able to see many whales in their natural environment with only a few fellow whale lovers. Best day ever! I would recommend Waikiki Catamaran Charters to anyone.

OMG! I had the most incredible time! Jonathan took my friends and me out on a private catamaran charter to celebrate my birthday. We had the most beautiful views of Waikiki, Diamond Head, and the sunset. We anchored near Diamond Head and jumped into the water, which was warm and perfect. There was even a warm water shower to rinse off with after we got out! We also saw turtles in the water! It was so much fun and I couldn’t have been happier. I wish I could make this a monthly outing in my life!! I definitely want to come back during the season to see dolphins and whales!! If you come to Hawaii, a private charter with Waikiki Catamaran Charters is the way to go.

Best private yacht charter I have ever been on. Highly recommended to locals and tourist! We snorkeled and saw turtles and lots of fish. We were also lucky enough to see spinner dolphins! Thank you captain Jonathan your the best

WOW! This was by far the best trip I’ve experienced. Had a great time with Jonathan and the crew. It was one of my friends birthday we left oahu at night we watched the moon sink in ocean while the sky filled up with stars I can’t even count how many shooting stars we saw it was magical. The catamaran is in very clean condition, comfortable & spacious I’m 6’4 not once I felt uncomfortable. We woke up with the sunrise in the ocean was unbelievable we saw pods of Dolphins swimming along side the catamaran really felt like movie. The chef on board was incredible food was 5 star quality. When we got to Maui after passing in between the islands of Molokai & Lanai we had so much fun exploring Maui snorkeled with sea turtles saw coral reefs we did so much cool stuff. I Can't Wait to do this again! Overall experience 10 STARS!!!

MAGICAL. It’s the only word I can find to describe my experience on this Catamaran. I was in Oahu with some friends for my birthday earlier in October and we sailed to Maui with Captain Johnathan and his crew! We left shortly after midnight and I got to experience my first “moon set” in the middle of the ocean, under the stars. 🤩 The catamaran was very clean and the beds were cozy! The next morning, a crew member named Phillip woke us up to witness the beautiful sunrise over the water and hopefully catch a glimpse of some whales! (We saw 2!!) I was very grateful for how thoughtful that was of him to wake us up! Next thing you know we are pulling up to the shores of Maui. Such a beautiful island!!! I can’t wait to see Captain Johnathan, Phillip, and everyone else that made our experience truly cherish-able again!! MAHALO!

I had a fantastic experience sailing with Johnathan with a small group. The water itself was a bit choppy when we went out, and I admit I can be nervous on a boat! But I felt totally at ease with Johnathan at the helm. The views were fantastic, the boat was clean and very serviceable. Johnathan took care to point out the sites -- we saw a GIANT turtle, which was a real highlight. All in all, an easy, relaxing sunset sail that I would recommend to anyone.
