Friendly and helpful until purchase is completed. Multiple damages, one of which would be resolved. Every time excuses are given, but the problem is not solved. Two years later and I haven't even been able to send a simple rotary knob. It also took months for other problems to be resolved. Calling, emailing nothing helps. Would stay far away from this company.

Order placed on Rhodes webshop 8 days ago, no delivery. Email reminder 5 days ago, no response. Email reminder 2 days ago with no response. I'm still hoping for an answer or delivery.. .In the end everything turns out very well. An apology email, the missing item replaced by another manager at their expense. All delivered to PostNL the next day. The product fits my needs very well.

I never post negativity but in this case I feel to protect others not to get fooled. BAd service and people are very rude, it was nearly 800 euros product they do not give any information when it will be delivered, ( but in website stands within 3 days delivery, during placing order) even if you mentioned in " opemerking" area on website." call 30min before delivery" . They do not follow what they promised. When I call them, they will laugh at my concern. The box was thrown on the footpath, laying down but not on pallet! (public area) . Cause they got already money 2 months before! So they don't care. And the product delivery took more than 2 months. Same product now 120 euro cheaper too, so I think they just rise the price and make you to wait and lots of harassment. Its 2months wasted and I got stuck with huge amount of money with them. Totally not professional and disrespectful to their own customers! I would never suggest this company to buy any product. Unless you want to be get abused or more stress by these arrogant people!

Ordered a sand pump, it was delivered very quickly so that was good. Unfortunately, the packaging was really not sufficient for such a large set with different parts and it arrived damaged. The pump cover was broken and unusable, meaning the fan is not protected. Immediately emailed about it; it would be resolved "neatly". A few days later I emailed again to ask about the status of this solution. A new hood would be sent to me. Never heard anything about it again, weeks later still no cover and in the meantime someone has cut their entire foot on the rotating fan of the pump. Too bad about the lack of follow-up...

Pfff, you're not happy with all those negative reviews. But we are very satisfied. Very helpful in choosing an outdoor swimming pool. Good luck with the move to your new building. We will definitely come by again.

Product, fitness equipment, in excellent condition, but information on the website is not accurate. It is indicated that there is an installation service and that you pay an amount for it. You will not be given the option to add this when ordering. If you ask for it via separate email, the answer is unfortunately not clear and conclusive. In short, this part of the site information is misleading.

We purchased a wooden pool from Rhodos and dealing with Marninck was a real pleasure. She promptly answered all my questions and because of the 6 hour time zone difference, she often was answering my emails from home (after business hours). The customer service is top notch with Rhodos!

Op 10 juni een zandfilterpomp besteld, welke op 13 juni is geleverd. Na het uitpakken bleek dat er een pijpje was afgebroken en ik heb dit direct gemeld. Na een herinnering via de mail (telefonisch niet bereikbaar) kreeg ik op 24 juni een reactie dat ze bereid waren hem om te ruilen als ik de kapotte pomp zou aanmelden via hun retoursite. Ik had dit al gedaan, omdat ik bijna twee weken wachten op een reactie erg lang vond. De aanmelding voor retour heb ik op 24 juni gedaan (toevallig dat ik precies op dezelfde dag eindelijk een reactie ontvang). We zijn nu weer ruim een week verder en tot op heden geen reactie van Rhodos. Enorm veel spijt dat ik hier iets heb gekocht.

Na meerdere weken bleek dat het defecte product dat ik had ingeleverd zoekgeraakt was bij postNL (tijdens de verzending naar het bedrijf dat het zou repareren). Uit eindelijk heeft Rhodos mij een vervangend product aangeboden die ik in deze dagen thuis verwacht. Het zou een hoop zorgen schelen en meer begrip van uit mij opleveren als ze mij even op de hoogte hadden gebracht van het probleem, maar moet toegeven dat ze mij uiteindelijk keurig hebben opgebeld en tevreden ben met de afhandeling.

Zandfilterpomp gekocht bij deze winkel, maar blijkt achteraf helemaal geen zandfilterpomp te zijn. Er staat zowel op de website als op de bon: zandfilterpomp. Ik heb gevraagd om compensatie: ik kreeg 10 % korting op een navulling, dat was 1,70 eur... goede service is er helaas niet bij. Edit: Ze geven aan dat het op de doos en de website duidelijk aangegeven staat, ik vind "geschikt voor polysphere" bij de specifaties zetten niet duidelijk. Op de bon en op de site het woord zandfilterpomp zetten is misleidend. Bij de hornbach dezelfde navulling voor 14,95 euro gekocht ook nog... en ik heb hem meer dan een week geleden gekocht dus helaas kan hij ook niet meer terug.

Pas een nieuwe zwembadpomp gekocht dat ging goed en snel. Nu werkt er iets niet goed en krijg je geen reactie, Bellen heeft geen zin want ze hebben de telefoon uitgeschakeld wegens drukte geven ze aan. ( je bent wettelijk verplicht ook telefonisch bereikbaar te zijn als webshop) En op mail wordt niet gereageerd. Voor mij een eenmalige aankoop. Verschuilen achter drukte. Op deze manier zal het vast niet lang druk blijven.

3 weken geleden een nieuwe pomp gekocht bij jullie echter bleek deze niet na behoren te werken. Een dag na levering heb ik ze gebeld maar moet nog steeds terug gebeld worden. Me geld kwijt en ergens anders maar een nieuwe (dezelfde) gekocht deze doet het gelukkig wel. Was de eerste keer dat ik hier bestelde maar ook gelijk de laatste keer

Slechte service bij Rhodos. Pretendeert met meer dan 25 jaar ervaring in zwembaden veel kennis te hebben hiervan. Zandfilterpomp voor een opzetzwembad gekocht één medewerker adviseert een hele andere pomp dan de ander. Ook advies hoe het filter af te koppelen nu het voorjaar ten einde loopt is onduidelijk en medewerkers hebben de kennis niet!!
