Very small rooms, very dusty, found tobacco under the table. No space in the bathroom for personal items, not much space in the room either. Good location close to the airport but the shuttle runs in general every 40min. Comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpfull staff, but running between the bar and the reception that oblige guest to wait sometime. Good hotel for one night stay close to the airport.

Good choice if you need to stay close to the airport. Friendly young staff working at the reception and courteous staff serving breakfast. The breakfast was very good. Our suite on the 2nd floor was spacious and clean. There was just some noise from the ventilation but overall it was fine.

Very well maintained hotel, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is very well equipped and fresh. Unfortunately the restaurant did not have everything on the menu and was quite expensive, but the food was tasty. With the shuttle service (every 40 minutes) you can reach the main terminal in 20 minutes.

Stayed there for two nights. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access from and to the airport thanks to the shuttle bus. Thank you to Lisanne (Cluster Reservation Agent), who managed our booking, free upgrade to a superior room as a surprise. Room was clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and the staff is helpful. The shuttle could be better as sometimes it is very full (same shuttle for several hotels). The prices of the food are quite high. It is often cheaper to eat at the airport (more diversity and most of the cases cheaper). If you want to go to the city center, I would recommend to take the public bus from the stop close to the hotel. It will cost the same as the bus from the airport to the center with the advantage that there are quite a lot and they are not full all the time.

Perfectly fine for a brief overnight stay. Rooms are average for this type of hotel brand. The breakfast needs to be improved as there is only limited choice and no toaster! Theres a free shuttle between the hotel and the airport which is good. Overall its fine but nothing special.

Relaxing and casual place to rest between flights. Clean and comfortable. Very convenient if you travel with children. Service-minded staff, and super good breakfast!!!! Food available late in the evening. The free airport-shuttle goes around the clock, every 40 minutes, and less than 15 minutes to the terminal.

False advisement about children under 12 years being free. We arrived at the hotel and went to check in, the lady at the counter questioned the authenticity of our reservation. She called a manager on the phone to verify if the information I provided was correct, which was confirmed as correct by the person she spoke with. I booked a room with double bed and it was not added to my reservation. Another manager went to check if, there was a room available for us…, he made a sarcastic comment about my daughters age, and came back to verify all our booking information again. He asked a lot of questions about my daughter and our reservation. After, he confirmed everything was correct, we were given a room. The whole check in process ruined my excitement about staying at the hotel. The next day, my dad and my daughter went down for breakfast, as it stated on my reservation. He checked with the lady at the counter, before he went to the breakfast area, she said they could eat breakfast after verifying their room number, while eating they were approached by one of their staff who told them, they cannot eat but have to pay for it. They had made a plate for me, I came down and met them at the check in counter, the manager was arguing with my dad about eating breakfast when he checked with them before he did. The staff was very rude, condescending and very unprofessional. I could not believe the manger was challenging their hotel guests. They were unapologetic. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I will definitely not recommend this hotel for anyone.

Clean, modern and spacious rooms with a big bathroom. We had a comfortable night sleep. Restaurant is available until 10 pm, but there is a 24/7 food counter also available for snacks, sandwiches, ... Hotel is located about 15 min from the airport with a free shuttle service which runs 24 hours. 1 bus every 20 to 30 minutes. Should the timetable of these shuttles be communicated more clearly and better be followed, my rating would have been 5 stars.

Neat and very clean room service. Excellent mattress and very comfortable. It would be good to have mini fridge inside the room. Not recommended to have breakfast (Vegetarian). Very near to airport. It would be good to have shuttle service after 10.00PM.

Rooms are large and modern. Staff very inviting. Restaurant menu is limited and expensive (standard for Amsterdam!) but the food and service was good. If you're leaving without breakfast don't bother with the breakfast to go. 27eu for a cheese sandwich, an apple, and a chocolate muffin. Location to the airport isn't bad, but the shuttle bus doesn't start until 7am so was no good for our flight time, and the taxi to the terminal was expensive. Felt safe as a solo female traveller

Clean and safe however, you can not pay via card at the machine only cash and the front desk does not inform you of that and, you need to pay at t front desk and not at the machine. Reception could have advised us. Overall, very good experience

Really great value for money we paid $115 for really a four to five star room they allowed me to store the bicycle in their storage room which was large enough for me to disassemble it and package it for my flight staff were extremely accommodating and they have a very good bus service from there to the airport which only takes about 10 minutes
