False
advisement
about
children
under
12
years
being
free.
We
arrived
at
the
hotel
and
went
to
check
in,
the
lady
at
the
counter
questioned
the
authenticity
of
our
reservation.
She
called
a
manager
on
the
phone
to
verify
if
the
information
I
provided
was
correct,
which
was
confirmed
as
correct
by
the
person
she
spoke
with.
I
booked
a
room
with
double
bed
and
it
was
not
added
to
my
reservation.
Another
manager
went
to
check
if,
there
was
a
room
available
for
us…,
he
made
a
sarcastic
comment
about
my
daughters
age,
and
came
back
to
verify
all
our
booking
information
again.
He
asked
a
lot
of
questions
about
my
daughter
and
our
reservation.
After,
he
confirmed
everything
was
correct,
we
were
given
a
room.
The
whole
check
in
process
ruined
my
excitement
about
staying
at
the
hotel.
The
next
day,
my
dad
and
my
daughter
went
down
for
breakfast,
as
it
stated
on
my
reservation.
He
checked
with
the
lady
at
the
counter,
before
he
went
to
the
breakfast
area,
she
said
they
could
eat
breakfast
after
verifying
their
room
number,
while
eating
they
were
approached
by
one
of
their
staff
who
told
them,
they
cannot
eat
but
have
to
pay
for
it.
They
had
made
a
plate
for
me,
I
came
down
and
met
them
at
the
check
in
counter,
the
manager
was
arguing
with
my
dad
about
eating
breakfast
when
he
checked
with
them
before
he
did.
The
staff
was
very
rude,
condescending
and
very
unprofessional.
I
could
not
believe
the
manger
was
challenging
their
hotel
guests.
They
were
unapologetic.
The
whole
experience
left
a
bad
taste
in
my
mouth.
I
will
definitely
not
recommend
this
hotel
for
anyone.
