    Bought latte & thee to go. Though drinks were good, waitress expelled our kids from the playroom while we were waiting for the order.

    Love this place. It’s easy to park and lies in a forest park. It small and cozy. Nice view while enjoy my huge portion of club sandwich. It’s so tasty and can’t believe that I finished everything LOL

    I had the vegetarian croquette which was delicious! The reason for 3 stars is because my wife had a 9 euro quiche that didn't have a crust and resembled scrambled eggs. After living in the Netherlands for the years we have come to the realization that we have the most success when ordering Dutch food.

    Very nice place, good varied menu and possibility to sit outside and inside. Great surroundings make for a very nice experience! Also there is a nice playground and petting zoo just a few minutes walk away.

    A hidden gem. Nothing fancy, but the food is alright (here you’ll have one of the very few chicken burgers in town - not counting fast food restaurants - and it’s a good one), service is pretty valid as well and overall a nice place to where one can unplug and enjoy a nice meal in the middle of nature.

    The setting, right inside the urban forest of The Hout, is what makes this place special. The food however is overpriced for what it is so stick to drinks

    Such a cute little spot in Haarlem - and great even just for a take away coffee for a forest walk. Gets super busy on nice days, but plenty of terrace and indoor seating :)

    This place was great, the staff are super friendly and also speak english. The poffertjes were amazing and the café had a beautiful location in the park! Would highly recommend!!!
