I ordered from Kooyman couple of weeks back as per recommendation from my friend. At that moment they said it takes 2-3 weeks. As per the issues which my friend faced during the same time I sent them an email to cancel my orders. All the nice things changed to bad things when I decided to cancel the order. And whole customer interaction/satisfaction goes flushed to the toilet. So check it before ordering and it’s not cheap so you expect some kind of decent expectations but it’s just another place where they are interested in only their profit. Never go back again and never recommend anyone to go to you.

Good advice and lots of products on show. Ordered materials for our driveway and they delivered as promised. Update May 2020: Ordered big bags with tree bark (dennen boomschors). Delivery was speedy and with a friendly driver. However the quality of the bark was very disappointing, we got in touch with the customer service and they resolved it with and extra bag free of charge.

Lot of variety and good price !

I mistakenly ordered a larger amount of tiles for the garden, I asked to be compensated for the excess and I was told no, as far as I'm concerned, very bad service

Very helpful service! We were looking for a missing tile for our garden path and they had exactly the right one in their old stock! (They also have an astonishing amount of ornamental garden tiles.)

Gave us the wrong rough stones while we asked for smooth. When we checked they said 'they would improve in time with using broomstick'. No we have our whole garden with the wrong stones.
