This was one of the best paellas I've had in Madrid. There were generous portions of seafood and the flavor was just right. We arrived at 1pm and the restaurant was empty. We ordered a vegetable appetizer (it was only ok, I wouldn't recommend) and two paellas. It didn't take long for the food to arrive. The only thing that was missing was a utensil to break open the lobster. Otherwise, everything was excellent. We'll definitely be going back.

Be careful when coming here… The food is great but the staff (specially owners) are quite a hassle. We were a group of 6 and ordered starters and 2 paellas, but they made a mistake on one of the paellas and brought us the wrong one, insisting we should just eat it as “it’s basically the same thing”. Also when eating the desserts they forced us to drink the wine at their pace because they wanted to close, being only 5:00 pm which is normal for a table that was reserved at 3:30 pm. Make sure when reserving here that you know their shifts and that they bring you exactly what you order. The place is cozy and alive and again, the food is delicious…

Had the country paella which tasted great! Service wasn't all that great but can't complain. Cheapest paella we've had in Spain so far and also the best!

The rice was too hard and we didn’t like the IVA is not included in the prices. Something that never happens. They also charged us 3 euros for 2 hard pieces of bread and 1 euro for the plastic take over tinny thing. Unbelievable

Finally I tasted really good paella in Spain!! We also had the daily menu, fried seafood, tortilla and sangria. Everything single dish was absolute heaven. Yes, make sure you check their closing times but that does nothing against the great food.
