Definition
of
a
no-frills
local
Spanish
cafeteria!
Super
busy
all
the
time
and
service
took
more
than
1
hour
for
2
dishes
because
there
was
too
many
people.
Price
is
not
the
cheapest
either.
We
ordered:
1.
Bocadillo
El
Brillante
(calamari
in
baguette)
|
9€
Their
classic
sandwich!!
Unlike
the
picture,
the
sandwich
is
not
dry
at
all.
The
baguette
is
super
soft,
the
calamari
is
fresh
(not
elastic
at
all),
the
fried
layer
is
super
thin
and
crispy
as
well😋
Was
pleasantly
surprised
2.
Pincho
de
Tortilla
con
Callos
(Spanish
tortilla
omelette
with
beef
tripe
stew)
|
12€
The
Spanish
omelette
consists
of
thin
slices
of
sautéed
potatoes
in
a
big
round
omelette.
The
potatoes
are
soft
and
the
eggs
are
surprisingly
fluffy.
The
beef
tripe
was
so
rich
in
flavor
since
it
was
boiled
in
the
broth
for
hours.
The
tripe
just
melts
in
my
mouth
and
it’s
not
that
fatty
either.
The
broth
is
thick,
a
little
sweet,
and
fatty.
