Worst experience I never had this like experience in hosur... I bought gold in GRT Jewellery i went to try in AVR... Really worst behaviour with customers... We asked discount with manager... He spokeing about NARENDRA MODI( PM) He don't have rights to speak about him.... My dr friends don't go to this jewellers...

Really disappointed here , dis guy is very rude and even he's not giving 1 rupee discount also and from manager suredh side no response.. please think and go here

This is the worst place to buy gold ornaments.i bought a gold earings they have put 23% wastage. The earings are not of same finish, there is difference in the design,and to keep it for god, just one wash with plain water the black polish is totaly gone. Now it looks so bad. I haven't worn it even once. When I asked for exchange, they dint accept. So please I reccomend not to go to this place for any gold purchase. Worst experience ever, zero customer satisfaction.

Collections are good.. There are gold schemes available here but Something specific or particular scheme which is available in AVR is one time investment which is for duration of 8months(something similar like FD for 8months) You will pay the amount initially and after 8months you can buy the jewel of same gram which you paid before 8months. This scheme is good and is available only here.. there is also 11 month scheme like other jewellery shop..

OK silver is at no wastage no making when I visited but they take old silver with deduction of 35% which is more ..

AVR is worst , ZERO star for AVR ,it is not worth for buying big jewels in AVR , No Good designs , Making + Wastage charges are very very high for simple designs ( 21-23% ) for basic design, Please prefer to go for GRT or Joy aalukaas , There atleast we get for what we pay , price is not reasonable and one of the worst customer handling..Cheap behaviour by AVR manager ,Hosur. Please go for GRT or Tanishq or Joy aalukaas

It is day time robbery. Imagine bank robbers without their masks and look at them, staff. For silver bought from Non AVR store, is calculated at 40% deduction. Silver is silver, no matter where u buy it from and how you use it. Biggest joke is, they take back their own silver wears with 25% deduction. The Man who does the calculation sounds like he is the boss. GRT is far better, not better but the best. They consider any such requests so to speak. After all it is our hard earned money. Worst part is the worst customer service. Except the women, the men behave like hunch men. The only male staff who attends you well is the store manager in white shirt in the bill counter. They forget, customer is the KING and reviews are their swords. U want to buy gold, buy it from elsewhere.

I have thought of providing 5 star but the ground floor staff are not up to the mark especially earing section. Rest all i had a very good experience and the jewels have a variety of collections. I appreciate the staff for helping in choosing the jewels. Kindly change the earings section staff. Thank you

Having good collection. First time visited.. planning to visit again for variety of collections. Only one thing which i don't like us package.. they will pack the silver items. With brown paper which we usually get in local shops

Ankle sliver chain collections are good but billing and delivery is poor. Sliver collections are displayed in the 1st floor. First they collected money and told me to wait for the bill and then to collect the jewelry @ Ground floor and after 5 mins were told to collect @ 1st floor. Customers were going up and down to collect their jewelry. They should fix this issue.

Dear sir I was your frequent customer to AVR on buying silver ankle for last four to five years from you. However the last purchase I made on 24th of October and ankle chain got broken into two pieces in less than 45 days time. When I approach your branch for reporting, the way in which the customer complaint was treated was very much disturbing. Your team says product was abused.. No customer will abuse the ornaments as per our Tamil culture and it's very much related to some mfg defect... request the top management to intervene and add value . I doubt next time I will step in your your shop .... Thanks for your analysis and feedback
