    Please close down this store. Employees are rude and will intentionally take wrong order and will put your wrong name on the order and you will be waiting there forever and miss your flight. It happened to me twice. Second time today there were only 2-3 guests and worst behavior. Can’t believe it is fulfilling Starbuck’s any core values and still running.

    Miss W was RUDE! I was asked to download the app to order. I started to do so, but the app requires that I open an account. I want coffee. I do not want to be part of your brand. I do not want to join your community. I do not want notifications. I don’t want Starbucks having my credit card info. I just want coffee. Can we just do that? When I expressed this, the manager said, “No sir. That’s not how we do it here.” “I just saw the guy before me order and pay.” Then she acted I was being unreasonable and said, “Don’t walk up here with all that. That’s not how we do it here.” “No. It isn’t. But Einsteins does it.” And I walked off. To Einsteins. Great coffee, no gruff. No surveillance.

    It’s always good to grab a cup of coffee before taking a flight but unfortunately sometimes either the coffee is not good or the server doesn’t know what he/she is doing! This was the case at this location.

    Very quiet location near gate C33. There were lesser customers than other stores but the staffs looked very exhausted already at 10am. They were too busy with their smartphone . The steamed milk was unattended 1-2minutes.

    Service here at terminal B is very poor, only decent service is the person working register. Ladies working morning shift aren’t friendly or pleasant, I waited over 15 min for a simple drink I never received. The prices are good but I rather take my money to Pete’s to avoid experiencing the nasty attitudes and the dramatic wait time. Throw the whole morning shift away, at this point. 3 black, 1 white , 1 Hispanic including one to be a supervisor. Her attitude was written all over face.

    I don’t know why they’re acting rude when I asking to pay for 2 more shots of espresso in my white chocolate mocha Frappuccino because it’s look really white like no mocha. What she actually said to me is you’re ordered white mocha not brown mocha 😐😐😐. Made me disappointed about my coffee but I needs some for 10 hours waiting on next flight…

    When customers put in their credit card and are considering the tipping options, please DO NOT assume ANYTHING and DO NOT press the OK button for us because IS NOT OK! ASK instead and/or tell where we can press for a different option than your "I Wish" Default. And btw, if I'm just ordering a coffee why am I tipping if you didn't even bothered putting the cream I requested?

    Chaos, recommend seeking coffee and food elsewhere. Water wasn’t refrigerated, blueberry muffin different than found at normal Starbucks locations. Long waiting time despite relatively slow crowd. The C concourse Starbucks location a much better bet than E.

    Store does not have items to eat. the 2 attendants who were at 9:37 pm on 13/06/22 looked tired and in a bad mood. maybe they need a vacation. bad service. Worst Starbucks ever.

    An absolute disaster. Easily overwhelmed with a large group of customers. Extremely poor customer service and lack of management is visible when asking for a mobile order placed 30 min ago. Placing blame on label maker when they use an iPad to check mobile orders. Sad that franchises do not work up to Starbucks standards. Ask for refund even if they give you pretexts. It’s your right and you deserve it.

    Worst Starbucks I’ve encountered. Mobile ordered, only to be told my drink would not be available when I stopped to pick it up. No msg or Email. Then was told the manager would refund my money. No such thing happened, I had to call customer service today to get a refund for a drink I never received. Unacceptable

    Just order a ice coffee from store# 19199 at 1:33pm 8/30/2023 . The young lady at the register was professional. After my order was taken I waited for my ice coffee. After waiting for quite some time I politely asked a young Hispanic woman "did you have a ice coffee ready"? She ignored me and walked away. Finally after some time my order was ready. I won't be visiting a Starbucks again.

    They have negattive attitudes. Someone should tell them that they should bring their best foot forward for the business. I ordered for carmelmecharo large/tall but they give me medium. When I asked again they give large water with milk and sugar. Can you imagine!

    3398 Gloria needs to be fired. She does not need to be taking orders if she does not have the patience to listen to someone place a order. She was rude, would cut me off and refused to listen to anything I said. The staff also yelled “you break it you buy it” to a kid who accidentally knocked over their cups waiting in line.

    Employees are absolutely rude. I ordered 5 drinks and asked for a drink holder. No one even acknowledged me. When I tried to reach over the counter to get a drink holder the miserable female employee yelled at me not to reach over the counter. I told her I wouldn’t have to if someone would acknowledge me asking for the holder. The barista had his ear buds in and could not even hear me. The whole staff working on Friday evening on the 7th is rude. Customer service is definitely not priority at this Starbucks location. I am glad I am just passing through.

    Overall pretty good everything was standard pricing. They also have us a free frapp which was nice. Feta wrap was delicious and I would recommend it. Lines weren’t too long either.

    Bad customer service, cashier at register 1 who’s Hispanic was extremely rude, we ordered 4 bacon Gouda sandwiches, two orders did not even have bacon in the sandwich, the coffee and tea are super sweet. The team needed to be rechecked with customer service, food and drink quality by whoever run this location

    What a terrible experience. There were only 2 available breakfast items from the menu. After we placed our $50 order of 3 drinks and 4 food items we then had to wait for close to 20 minutes not because of customer volume but because of the snail pace of the staff. When we finally got our drinks they were absolutely terrible and the barista was sarcastically mocking customers waiting for their order. I would love to give you 0 stars but it isn’t available

    Customer service has gone way down. Be prepared to have your morning ruined. Evenings much better. Morning crew absolutely seem to hate everyone. Then they get the drinks wrong or mixed up. Slide it at people, not myself, thankfully. Honestly just go to another terminal. Wbery other terminal in the airport has the most friendly batista. This is just ghetto.

    Coffee was nearly water. Was asked if I wanted it remade before I even got it because they were worried they had added to much cream. After one taste I said yes. After 12 more minutes waiting in a nearly empty store I asked what the status was and was told they didn't know I wanted it remade. Was asked if I wanted cream, and then was given half and half. They asked me to say when as they poured. I said that's plenty and they continued, I said stop and they said, oh a little more. Finally they stopped and asked how it tasted. It once again tasted like water, but at that point I had been waiting 20+ minutes and was running late for my flight so I took the drink and left. I would of been substantially better off buying canned coffee.

    If I could give it 0 stars I would. One early morning before my flight I decided to grab some Starbucks. My sandwich I ordered was good until I noticed half of it was still cold. I ordered a grande iced vanilla latte and the girl must of not heard what I said(or was not paying attention) and guessed my order. So I ended up with a grande hot espresso with extra espresso?? No where near what I had asked for.

    Slowwwwwwwww moving Sbux. The slowest person ever was brewing coffee. Over there minutes and she never was able to get the grinds from the grinder into the basket for brewing. Slowest hot and cold bar in history as well. Stood 10 mins in line for 4 orders to be taken. Avoid if you are running short on time! The drink was average. Over 30 mins to have it handed to me. SMDH.

    Completely disappointed, they hardly deserve 1 star. Huge line to find out they’re out of almost everything. No breakfast sandwiches. No cold drinks available other than she could “throw together a latte”. They had no cold brew “at all” since they “took it out too late and it wouldn’t be ready for another 5 hours”. Located in an airport, people don’t normally have 5 hours to wait for coffee….nor should they need to. Too many workers not enough product.

    Don't deserve any star. They were late on my online order and while I am waiting for my online order, none of them wash their hands thoroughly and the long sleeve were about to touch the whipped cream which they were about to serve. And they were talking each other with unmasked. Very disappointed. I thought Starbuck staffs are well trained but u guess not.....

    Girl was mopping with strongggg bleach right in front of where you order and pick up. No wet floor sign in sight. Waited for my order and a girl with huge long eyelashes slid my drink down the counter like I was at the strip club. I looked at the drink then looked at her and ask if it was mine. She said “you’re the only one standing there right?” Boyyy y’all must not pay these girls enough because they HATE it here! Lol this Starbucks is ratchet.com. It’s a no for me babe.

    Starbucks at the airport. I think it's the same food, but I don't think it's the same coffee. It seems like it came out of a machine instead of being made fresh. Maybe I'm mistaken about that, but it taste different and I didn't see anybody Brewing espresso. Still, it was convenient.

    Relatively nice staff but takes FOREVER!! Multiple people have left without their drinks because flight was leaving. Only 2 or 3 folks were in front of me and it was still a long wait! Suggest going here only if you have plenty of time. Even with a short line.

    Probably the worst Starbucks I go to. This place would have no business if it weren't for a captive audience. If a manager reads this here's what you need to fix: 8am-1030am week days you need extra staff, at least 2 baristas. A display to show orders like McDonald's if you're going to allow online orders OR just don't do online orders at this location. And when things are that busy just someone to oversee things because when the staff stop communicating with each other and customers the whole process breaks down and there's 30 people all waiting for coffee

    A bit of an attitude problem. The person who took the order wrong the coffee regular rather blonde roast so naturally I thought I should bring it to his attention before he ends up giving me the wrong coffee. To get Joshua's attention I had to ask another lady to call him so I can clarify. First, she tried the age old trick of pretending that there isn't a task big person right infront of her eyes trying to get her attention. Once she has to acknowledge me, she turns to Joshua and says, please provide your attention to him in a very rude and snarky tone. Joshua listens to what I'm saying and gets me the correct coffee. No issues there. When it cubes to getting my other food items, here starts a long song of individual bringing items to me one at a time without a large bag because I would need it since I had ordered 7 items. Something has clearly gone wrong with Starbucks over the past few years. N some places. It's a great polite experience and in others the employees are acting as if they are doing us all a favor by taking orders for reasonably eclectic coffee and food items. That is starting to convince me that syarbucks may no longer be worth it. They most definitely need training for this employees, especially in the Houston IAH Airport because this was not the first time this had happened. I think the managers need to be held more accountable for thier employees.

    Terrible service. I ordered a drink and the guy taking my order was more interested in what his coworkers had to say. He told me the total and kept turning back to face them. I thought I used my remaining gift card balance because he scanned my app. After scanning, he never told me it didn't go through. He just said to insert my card. I paid with my card because I knew I was going to have to pay the remaining balance but not for the whole order! He also didn't give me a receipt. How am I supposed to get points for this order? I only found out I paid for the whole order with my card because of my bank statement. I also just checked my app and sure enough my gift card balance is still there... While waiting for my order, it seemed like the manager was talking to them about having their aprons on. Why didn't she address the terrible service? I felt so ignored. Why didn't she tell him to focus on the customer? Terrible terrible all around.

    Staff at the counter needs to be cloned. They were friendly and correctly took the order. However, the less than motivated staff preparing the drinks, failed to properly make the drinks. One thing is for sure, Starbucks in IAH, will always get it wrong!

    Skip or find a seat and take a nap, you will have enough time. 7 person line. 40m wait. 4 drinks ordered, 3 were wrong. Water faucet running all this time. A waste all around.

    I wish I would’ve checked the reviews/rate first. This is the worst place in the world. They have lots of pastries/cakes exposed and have non of them on existence as well as half of the drinks. Service is awful and inefficient. Just go to a different place.

    I would give zero if it was a choice. Starbucks’ Houston Terminal A location right outside security just stole the $11.61 prepaid unused balance of my Starbucks card that I keep in the Apple wallet on my iPhone (one clerk told me the balance was $8.55. A supervisor then told me is was zero). This was after showing them the Apple Wallet card clearly reflecting the $11.61 balance and trying to pay with it. This was the positive balance from the last 20.00 cash deposit I put on the card using a debit card. I paid with a debit card so my wife would have her coffee but then deleted this account and I will not be doing business with Starbucks again. Caveat emptor on loyalty cards.
