Delicia was great; her customer care was great and our nurse Elizabeth took care of me and answered questions and concerns. From the ER tech Alexis and Tan and Dr. Latib we’re all wonderful

Very clean emergency care facility. They get you in quick and efficient. The front desk staff is very friendly. My nurse Courtney was amazing! My doctor Dr. Garza was very knowledgeable and had exceptional bed side manner. Overall I had a 5 star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A great experience. Then entire staff is welcoming. They explain everything they’re doing step by step and made sure I was comfortable. I have hard to find veins and they were very patient and did not get frustrated.

Great services , friendly staff , quick to help you out and making sure you taking care of and best of them all very clean place. Our nurse and doctor were very helpful and well informed.

My overall experience at this location was superior. All of the employees and staff members treated me very well. The attending physician, Dr. Jabar was very patient and knowledgeable. Kaylee, the front desk attendant was very pleasant and extremely welcoming. I will return in the future if needed.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Nurse Hillary and Velory are very caring and took initiative to make sure the patient is taken care of properly. They have a quick and easy check in as well. Will definitely recommend using them for your urgent medical needs.

This was probably the best ER experience I have ever had. We came in after a car accident and we were greeted properly and taken care of from the moment we arrived. From the front desk attendant Chelse, to the radiology tech Diandra, the nurses Sheree and Courtney and Dr. Braun. They explained every step they performed and its purpose. They made it a welcoming and calm environment (loved the warm blankets). Bonus there was very little wait time. We had blood work done, X-rays and an MRI performed. They are a full service ER and 24/7!! I would recommend them 10x over!! If you are debating whether coming here vs a hospital, personally I would come here for shorter wait times, easier parking and better service.

I recently visited an urgent care facility and was blown away by the exceptional care that I received from the nursing staff. Delicia, Elizabeth, Alexis, Tan, and Latib were all incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate throughout my entire visit. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm smile and made to feel at ease. The nurses took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions, and I never felt rushed or like I was just another patient. Not only were the nurses attentive and caring, but they were also highly skilled and efficient. They worked quickly to diagnose my issue and develop a treatment plan, and I left feeling confident that I was in good hands. Overall, I can't say enough good things about this urgent care facility and the amazing nurses who work there. Delicia, Elizabeth, Alexis, Tan, and Latib truly go above and beyond to provide exceptional care, and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of urgent medical attention.
