After being turned away from the totally incomptent greenway lifetime gym, we ended up at this one. We pay an excessive amount for our membership and its absurd that their tier system is so dysfunctional, we supposedly have the top tier and yet still had to fight for entry. Parking is terrible because galleria. Facilities are reasonably clean and updated I give 3 stars because KYLE helped get us in for the day and gave us a couple of really nice perks and tennis time.

I really love this place. I feel so grateful to have found it. I feel that it is really a family - from CJ/Alex/Meg and everyone up front - to Don (the manager) - the tennis pros (who are amazing and are real cool) Leo, Bobby, Jacob who are always there to lend a hand! To my man Victor! I really don't know what I would do without this club. I am there 4x-5x a week and have made many friends there. Thankful to have this place!

From what I can see so far they are doing a pretty good job here. Not really a fan of the weird mesh type felt on the sauna and this is very unusual for Lifetime Athletic. They are usually very good about keeping things they may be off gassing fumes out of the dry saunas. I do greatly appreciate the fact it is very clean in here though. It is being maintained like it should, Thank God! Front desk receptionist was helpful. The bar tender here seems nice. It does seem like the lobby and entrance air has a bit of a odor, kinda like an old building smell or something. Maybe the could look into one of the third party air filters like many of the clubs got after COVID that has UV setting and a HEPA type filter to help prevent germs and allergens. At the end of the day though this is an excellent club and I would definitely recommend it. They are above average for sure; hence the 5 ⭐️. Thank You

I have loved this facilities cleanliness and responsibility to my health and well being during the pandemic but it's total reversal to it's social distancing and mask requirements after Gov. Abbott's announcement has me considering cancelling my membership.

If all you want to do is play indoor tennis, this may be the place for you. If you’re looking for a great gym with excellent amenities, such as steam room, hot tub, sauna, racquetball, squash, etc. this is a very underwhelming club with nightmare traffic and parking and not the place for you.

Fresh and well taken care of, definitely describe the facility. Lifetime is typically fairly even keel from one location to the next. Really enjoy the hot tubs and clean saunas after a workout. Weights and machines are always well maintained and in working order.

I really enjoy the Galleria location. The front desk staff and locker room attendant are always first class, timely and as friendly as it gets. The club is always clean and opens on time every time I have been there. I would recommend this club to anyone interested.

Ari was very professional handling dues, and clarify any problems with my membership. Definitely recommend her for anything problems with membership issues.

Facility and equipment are very clean and well maintained; staff is friendly and willing to assist.

Workers were very nice towards us but unfortunately the courts were dead so for serious hitting wouldn’t recommend

Nice club that doesn’t get over crowded in the gym. The only down side is trying to get there during the holidays because you’re trying to get to the top floor while everyone holds up traffic for a parking spot.
