This mall defined my early childhood, now just a sad ransack of depression. The only stores left that personally excite me are Champs, Jimmy Jazz, and Finish Line. I’m so upset that the food court had shut down, I had no idea it did since it had been YEARS the last time I visited when all the shops were still in business. The banners hanging off the walls give off an unexplainable sense of dread. The fountain that drew in crowds, as we gathered to toss a coin and make a wish when I was a young, innocent child back in the 2000s is dry and dead. This place invokes a strange feeling that I can’t explain. I was honestly surprised to see people even come here everyday. Place gives off an eerie feeling, knowing it holds so many precious memories of weekends with family, not to mention the playground that used to be here, which was torn down long ago.

Not much to say, a remnant of days past and what to come. I park here often when I am wasting time waiting for a load. Used to come here and practice driving with a forty foot gooseneck. Backing up and parallel parking. Some investors will buy it up soon and build apartments or office space. Reminds me of Big Town mall in Mesquite Texas. Same fate and now it's a Fed-Ex hub. Still a few businesses in it.

Abandoned malls are in!! Its not a bad place to walk around. No one really bothers you. Yes I am definitely confused about how they keep the lights on, literally. Feel like it has lots of potential. Interesting to see the old prepandemic relics like the abandoned movie theater with all of the old showings from March 2020. Would be a great place for a haunted house!

I feel like they keep the mall open because they want us to experience memories from this mall, I was at this place when I was 2-4 years old (2015-2017), there was some stores open and there was like 10-50 people. But when i came back in 2022 there’s was only 3 stores and 5-20 people, I felt sad because this mall really had a lot of people and a lot of stores, but then criminals ruined it. Now if I was the new owner I would •Build a small painting museum (Farm painting, and famous paintings •Open the theater, but I’m gonna clean it and my friends •Fix the ac •Make the water fountain work •Add 5 security’s so people can feel safe and comfortable •Upgrade the food court and add a children ride •Upgrade the Macy’s store •Add a store where you can tell about the upgraded mall

Can you believe Greenspoints Mall is 41 years old. We use to visit every other weekend. Buying school clothes and shoes or just hanging out. This was the place to be back in the day. I had a chance to go inside(about a month ago)and saw that a lot of stores has closed down. But Palais Royal is still there for the moment. They were holding a everything must go clearance sale. If Palais Royal is still open, think about the holidays! (Hint, hint)

The reason why I give it 5 stars are for the memories. Can I take a moment of your time if you're reading this to say a few things? It's tremendously heart breaking to see the Greenspoint area be turned down to almost nothing, the major brand stores are gone. Shopping ends are gone, I just feel empathy for Greenspoint and people in it. I just wished someone can rebuild in this area and give it some kind of hope for a turn around for the better! I believe if you build more exciting things can also changed the atmosphere in that area. Give more scenery to Greenspoint.

Besides the scary ski mask warning on every door, the mall hasn't been updated since the 90s maybe even ever. It's great if you're feeling nostalgic and want to take a trip down memory lane but other than that I'm not real sure why Greenpoint mall is still open.

Haven't went to this place in a while, probably 3 to 4 years. Only things keeping this mall alive is the Greenspoint Cinema and Boxing shows. My older brother got his radio in his old truck robbed, so this isn't a very safe area for parking your cars, especially if you have any valuables inside. So if you like high crime rates and bunch of robbery, this place is for you. lol

Top rated years from early 1990's to the early 2000's this was one of the places you could eat brothers pizza, buy some sace' shades from Care Optical, a Polo from Macy's, strawberry-banana at Thirsty's & maybe go watch a movie. Those were the dayz.. They say "gunspoint" might get robbed in the broad daylight, get your keys taken by the stoplight. Don't hold a knife in a gun fight... Greenspoint a special place in my heart❤️

Dead mall, A/C killed, not a single store opened I think. Most of the mall is closed off now. Although it's not a great experience as a mall, it's nice to walk through the entrance and exit as a memorial hallway in remembrance of its former glory.

Mall is hot. No where near what it used to be. Still have some jewelry stores and few old shops left in there. If you go on there you know exactly what you need. Fitness connection still going strong in the parking lot and uniform store cause they have no competition.

The Carnival Rides are great, unlimited wristband is a must to enjoy everything! If you go early even on weekends there's no waiting line for the rides. Start getting crowded after 6:30pm. Great for kids all ages.

You already know! This place then fell all the way off. I don't understand why it's still open. The whole food court even shut down. They have a Thirstys in the middle but definitely didn't want that. Make me nervous to see only one place to grab something to munch on inside of a mall. Like when they gonna shut that thang all the way down??

Yikes! This mall was a waste of gas. The air conditioning wasn't working so it felt like a sauna as soon as we walked in. The store we visited didn't have welcoming employees and most stores were closed. I don't plan to ever visit this mall again.

Bout as horrid as horrid can get. Got them orange 5gallon Home Depot buckets everywhere catching water from the ceiling. All the stores have them industrial floor fans cause there’s no ac. So many of the stores are shut down and the ones that are open ain’t even worth it. Wonder how long this mall will last. Seems like they building something outside so don’t know what’s to come. Folks always complain about being robbed or having their car broken into but I have yet to come across the situation. All depends on how you carry yourself.

Not sure if it's still open, most of the time. Even when they are, it's very empty and not many stores are open as well as restaurants in the food court. Aside from everything, you can find some pretty good steals. 👍🏼 (Nice shoes/shirts for nice prices)

Just not enough stores with variety. But the stores that are still there are Great. Really hope they spend the money to renovate this place because I don't want them to replace it with another stupid outside shopping center like they did on crosstimbers and i-45 . It's still a great location with lots of traffic and pop up carnival's/theme parks are there almost every other month.

We loved our time at Greenspoint Mall. The mall is huge and there were a lot of stores to check out. It is very easy to access. We will definitely come back again when we have more time to explore.

I ordered a fried chix sandwich for breakfast. Hey, sometimes you just need your protein. Please, don't judge me.. lol.. Absolutely the bomb, Jasmine was my cashier, customer service was superb 👌🏾.. Chix was hot fresh, toppings were fresh/crisp. It started my day with a bang. I know my pic is upside down 🙃.
